The prices at Goodwill are criminal. This is a used, plastic Starbucks tumbler for $6.99. This would be a couple bucks at Starbucks, and many times a year they give them away for free! What a joke. Whoever is deciding on the prices here should be ashamed of themselves.

Just had the most helpful girl (I think her name was Crista). I came too late to drop off things off but she called her manager and created a solution so that I didnt have to come back. Super helpful and kind!

Arrived at 9:05AM on a Saturday to drop off 4 huge bags of nice mens dress clothes. Website says opens at 9. Guy came out and barked at me that they open at 10. I said website says 9. He said, well it's 10 - very rudely. I'll find another organization to donate to going forward.

I purchased a dress here and needed to return it - however, the cashier/manager said I did not buy the dress there and didn't refund me. Could have been an honest mistake on their end but was incredibly frustrating, since I had 100% bought it there and had followed all proper procedures for returning an item. Hopefully this warns others considering returning at this store.

Check out employee was super rude and after scanning one of my non clothing items she put it off to the side and then didn’t give it back when I was leaving. So I paid for something and didn’t get it. Was trying to look at some things in the case and none of the employees would come over and help me.

Recently bought a lot from the auctions that was labeled gold filled and gold plated. They claim to have tested it electronically. Pieces came in all of which where fake 0% gold. Melted a couple down to run better tests then asked if I could just return the rest. Was told they wouldn't help me at all. Beware of scams and fraudulently posted items

We are very disappointed in this store whose recent decision to deny the return of purchased items ‘due to store policy’ flies in the face of Good Will’s commitment to support people with disabilities. My disabled son had an adverse reaction to the purchased items and the store’s manager would not allow the return even at a discount which would have amounted to a straight donation of possibly $35, not to mention our family’s continued business (which has been quite substantial over the years). In view of their overly strict adherence to their policies, further burdening and restricting the realm of venues welcoming to people with disabilities, we will no longer spend our dollars here.

Decent selection of items for this area. The donation hours and store hours are different though. I don’t know what the deal is with donation centers in Arlington but they are never open when the actual store is open, easier to just drop items at a Dropbox!

Solid inventory regularly replenished, friendly checkout staff. You have to dig, but you can find good finds. I've found purses, wallets & lamps here.

Very pricey! You can't find a good item on the same weekly color which is on discount.

1 star is too many! Donation center staff is rude and often closes before the posted times. I drove 30 minutes to drop off donations, arrived an hour before the posted close (6pm) and was turned away. I will NEVER donate here again.
