I was in earlier to buy couple of things. Initially the woman in the store was really helpful and suggested a few products. Where things went bad was at check out when she offered the GNC Pro Access membership. I think I had to say no about 6 times before I was finally allowed to check out. She kept telling me how much I'd save, asking if I wasn't going to be consistent with the supplements, telling me how much I'd more I'd save when I said I would probably buy off of amazon, etc. Absolutely ridiculous how hard they push that plan. To top it off, I decided to comparison shop on Amazon and got the exact same products for 25% less (~$30). I will be returning the items and not shopping here again.

They closed an hour early (6pm}, you can't buy things on the website and pick them up in store, the attendants puch gnc waaayyyy too hard (I say no, they keep trying to sell me gnc products, I say no, they keep asking). They lost my business today for these reasons. I bought on amazon for the same price with free overnight shipping. Reasons brick and mortar stores are going under.

Walked in looking for vitamins didn't say hello, didn't even acknowledged that I was in the store... so I walked out I'll head to another one or online

Poorly trained staff and over priced supplements. Their auto renewal did not warn me of an order, until it was shipped so when it came in I wen to the store to return it. The guy didn't fully refund my order, he refunded the subtotal and not the total, when I said that isn't right, he argued pointing to the subtotal... these supps were about 5% more expensive than most other places and that's after discounts, the auto renew doesn't add these other discounts automatically. Basically GNC is trying to steal the money paid in sales tax even though that is legally to be refunded as well (according to IRS IP 2011(17))

I freely admit, my visit to GNC was a fact finding mission to see if they were comparable, or, more so, cheaper than CVS across the street. They were!But, that's not what sold me. I'm not the kind of person who seeks help immediately upon entering a store. First, if I'm not a committed purchaser, I don't want to take a clerk away from their business. I prefer to stumble through a place figuring it out on my own then to be a nuisance to somebody if I'm not a guaranteed customer. As soon as I walked in, a young lady with very pretty eyes immediately approached me and asked if she could help. She had kind eyes (the rest of her face was hidden behind her mask) And I could see that she sincerely wanted to be of service. So, I had her guide me through the different selections of the supplements I was looking for. Surprisingly, she knew--concluded--Why I was seeking those specific supplements, and offered several options that I had not considered.I was not intending to be a customer. But, her willingness to help and her sincerity won me over. And now I guess they are stuck with a customer who will return expecting to have the same service every time. Apparently, I'm still vulnerable to a pretty face!#TodaysDiscovery

I just stopped in at random this afternoon and Kuki (I hope I spelled that right) was incredibly smart! I’ve been to several GNCs and she was by far the most knowledgeable and so easy to talk with. She explained everything and answered questions I didn’t even think to ask. Shes corporate and or Regional management material- it’s a shame if no one has acknowledged that yet. Hope to see her move up the ladder with GNC, it would be a shame to lose her as a leader representing GNCs brand.
