Giant has an excellent pharmacy! The technicians and pharmacists are caring and have a great customer service attitude! I came here from Harris Teeter who always used to mess up and incorrectly get my prescriptions denied by insurance. Giant has never messed up my prescriptions and they have longer hours!!! Cameron in my go-to pharmacy technician and he is top notch! He is accurate, detail oriented and explains how to use medications. He is patient and is always available to answer questions about medications or insurance. Cameron recognizes his customers and inspires confidence and trust in his abilities!

This has been one of the best pharmacy experience ever. All the staffs are so knowledgeable and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I’m covered for my travel. I received yellow fever vaccine, which is normally not covered by the insurance. Yet the staff made sure to check all the methods to save my cost by calling the manager and double checking my insurance policy. Thus, I ended up paying $0 instead of $225! The shot wasn’t painful as she was so skilled at providing vaccines. They are so professional at providing help and answering questions!

My favorite local grocery store except when they sometimes run out of things like parsley and Fairlife milk. Staff here are always friendly and knowledgeable. Antonio at checkout was so super helpful, fun professional. At checkout, I decided not to purchase a bag of red delicious as I noticed one was badly bruised and ask Antonio if he could put it back for me. He asked me if I would buy it at a discount and I said sure why not. Now that's good service and a great employee!

Worst pharmacy ever! Staff would not honor my prescriptions because I have Medicare. I said I'll pay for them myself and they said why? We're going to send the prescriptions back to the doctor so they can call and get authorization. That's fine, do that, but in the meantime, I need them so I'll pay. The authorization can apply for next time. They WOULD NOT GIVE ME my prescriptions, and they were VERY RUDE! Do NOT use this pharmacy. I had my doctor send my prescriptions elsewhere. I told them about the situation and they agree this should have NEVER happened!

The pharmacy staff are very rude. They make you sit on hold and do not update you on your status. They will leave the phone next to them so you can hear them ringing people up and having different conversations like watching sporting games instead of providing good customer service.

I keep finding expired food. I one time found chicken that was multiple days past due and not frozen. The only reason I'm writing a review is because I'm steamed I bought spaghetti sauce and it's expiration date was June 2022. I feel like I can't even grocery shop there anymore without constantly having to question what I pick up. Unsafe, Unhealthy.

Sign says walk-in COVID and flu shots available. I was turned away from a fully staffed pharmacy with no customers because I "didn't have an appointment" – D in customer service, F in public health

Giant #743 has wonderful staff members. Thank you for always caring and meeting our needs in these difficult times. Edith is my mother in law and receives excellent help from Daniel Cordora and Jennifer DeLaCruz. They truly go beyond all the time. For many years they have made a difference in getting prescriptions filled.

A large store with just about everything you need for your grocery shopping and more. Aisles are well-laid out. I want to THANK Brian and Rebecca for taking care of a problem I'd encountered in one of the departments last week. They were professional, courteous and got onto the problem and its solution immediately. Thank you!!
