As a frequent G-Star Raw customer at Pentagon City my experience is always great! With excellent customer service provided by LaDana and Timothy I always find items that fit my style and personality and the quality of the clothing is always top tier. I love G-Star at Pentagon City.

I had a very great experience today at G-Star Raw in Pentagon City. Customer services this day and time is awful in most places. The young lady, Mesha M. was very pleasant and very helpful through all the questions we asked and trying on items for my cousin and I to give us an ideal what size we need to purchase for gifts. We also met the Management team who were very helpful as well. I will certainly be visiting the store again ?

when i come to DC one of the things i look forward to is visiting the brick & mortar store in Arlington. Edwin and Daryl are super-chill and incredibly helpful, reading my style and advising the next move.

The review is not for the store , but the company as a whole . Ordered an item online , got canceled after it said they got the order . Ordered again after it got back in stock , just to be canceled again. Stay away from this brand , they are a mess

I don't understand your ordering system. I ordered twice online, and i never received either of my orders. The recent order says it has been processed but no shipping information provided. How can you retain customers when you never ship orders nor provide updates and to reach customer service is borderline impossible.

They lied to me and told me that the pair of jeans was $260 dollars on Black Friday sale with 40 percent off they are $160 …I look at the tag and the tag said that the jeans was $190 ! With 40 percent off I should of only paid $120 ..when I show it to the guy who was the manager..the girl that worked there tried to argue with me and said on line there $260..lol..i try to tell her that the tag said that they was $190..she then started that she wasn’t talking to me..lol as a customer I felt that was so rude…the manager finally agreed with me and sold them to me for 120….but with a argument smh..lol

My name is Khadija Jones. I wear Japanese Raw Denim. I typically get it in China by way of Tokyo. When I entered this store, I was met by a man who was looking at my butt. So I told him I was 17 years old, he said "I don't care I like them young" then I went to another staff member the one in all blue with a mohawk haircut - I asked for Japanese Raw Denim, they said they did not have anything to fit me I asked them to check my size in EU - I am a 32. They said they did not have anything for me. The other male locked me in a store then called the police on me to attempt to get me arrested. All they do is lie in this store and its madness because children are being killed left and right!

Staff is just too rude! They act aloof and unavailable. You want MY money right? I am a paying customer and like to be treated as such.

No wonder they closed so many stores - with customer service like this. Two guys inside the store, door is closed. Not paying any attention. I’ve been a super dedicated customer since 2013. Thank you, G-Star, for appreciating your customers and their business:(((((

Love Gstar, but every time i come to this store it always closed even though i come during working hours . Its been 5 times in a row now. Why do you have the store when its closed all the time. 3 workers inside , not even willing to open.
