Worst customer service I ever experienced, 8 people inside working and I go to pick a tire up and 3 people are eating in the office and they tell me to wait 10 minutes so I can watch them eat there food, but the other 5 people just stood there and didn’t do anything, terrible experience.

My receipt says 85.60. My bank credit says 88.40. So they stole my 3 bucks. Thats not nice at all.

They did a good job but we’re not transparent about pricing prior to starting the job. He didn’t even give me the time to explain, I’m guessing because I was woman that came alone, but I was quite upset because I came in discussing that I needed two new tires. They gave me two new tires, a wheel, and fixed my rim on another one. Charged me $250 and tried to illegally charged credit card fees on top of that. I’m upset trying to discuss everything with the guy and all the others smirked and spoke in Spanish with me standing right there. I only came because this was the only spot open but I will never come back.

This morning I hail mary'd my way to the shop on three good tires. This is my second time using their services and today did not disappoint. The technicians work quickly and are friendly to boot. The shop's owner/manager is particularly lovely and always makes me feel like my patronage is appreciated. I never feel like I'm being hit over the head which is uncommon when it comes to me and automotive professionals. The price is right, service is swift, and location convenient!
