Cool Brotado Angelo holding down the fort, being his non-pushy-assertive self to make sure any clientele walking on always walk out satisfied. Tracey doing her thing also, holding space to meet & greet and keep everyone smiling. Lots of fine items to choose from; where does a man with an average-sized wallet begin anyways?! At least here the potentials exceed my dreams. Yours, too! For sure… ?Great place to find cool, interesting, off-the-radar items! Do not deal with a lady there named Mary (maybe 50’s, short, thin, pale skin, dark black hair). She is absolutely the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Everyone else on staff is personable and quite helpful. But with her on staff, I refuse to do any business with this company. I hope she is the owner, because if she is not, she is destroying someone else’s business. Management (or the person who says they’re the manager) had no concern when this was brought to their attention. Shabby place all together. If you’d like to shop or pawn, there are several better, hospitable places to spend your money. And I’d like to add that this issue had nothing to do with pricing.

Put two pistols on lay away, went to get them and was told they couldnt release them to me because two store managers werent present, I was told the ATF had put new restrictions into place after the shooting in texas a month ago. Returned two saturdays later when two store managers were present just to be told that they couldnt release them to me per the ATF. They advised I accept a cash refund , that was not the same as on my receipts and that they would sell me the guns when they could in the future and give me a good discount. I dont buy it! Something is not right. Called ATF and they know nothing of any mandates. Think someone is in trouble ?

I went into the pawn shop today. I needed help and a employee name Tracey refused to help me. Tracey was very rude to me and told me she was a new employee and I needed to give her a break. When I asked her to see if someone else could help me. Tracey accuses me of being a Karen and called me Mexican trash. I have never been treated so badly. The woman actually scared me and I left the pawn shop. I was not rude to her in any way. Tracey was more interested in playing on her cell phone besides doing her job. I have been a loyal

Customer service is very poor. When you walk into any establishment you should be greeted by at least one of the employees. Not this place The employees never move from behind the counter or even ask if you need Assistance with anything. Hardly no inventory. A waste of time the employees don’t wanna work. Will never return. I suggest a whole new staff
