Lots of colors, selections, shoes, shirts, hats etc. environment is cool and chill. Sales consultants don’t bother you much, they come ask if you need help then let you wander. Great service. Good products.

This has got to be the nastiest public restroom I’ve ever visited. No seat liners, no toilet paper, and no hand soap to at least feel like you’re cleaning your hands with the non-antibacterial soap they offer the public. Okay so that ended and I regroup with my Son who is 14 years old. And he says to me quietly in my ear as we are in company of my daughter (12) there was a man in the men’s room masturbating and I of course asked him immediately was he okay. Then I ask is he s

Employees always make mistake not 1 time not two times, but many times i had to make time drive back to the store to get my money back. They either double purchase or they use rewards and put it on my credit card. I regret being Macy's gold member.

I was just in Macys to shop for a light coat. I looked online to see they had an extra 30% friends sale. Online the cost would had been $34.99. So I checked to see who had my color and it was the one at Pentagon city, Virginia. I go and get the coat and take it to the register. The coat price was $69.99! I informed her of the sale price and showed her the picture. She looked at me crazy and said it was $69.99. So I took the coat to another register ..INC...and show her the same thing. She told me that the clerk in the coat area can help me with the price. I informed her that's where I was and she didnt seem to know what she was talking about. So another clerk in same area looked it up and she told me $69.99 after I showed her too the Macy's ad!!! Never again will i shop this Macy's and i will cut my card into pieces. I will definitely post this on all of my social media accounts!!!

Chris H in luggage is a bundle of energy and extremely knowledgeable. Very kind and attentive. I've written a great review for a different Dept in the past but over and over again I have the best experience in this Macys! Thank you Chris H in luggage!

I normally have had terrible experiences at Macy's and this time was no different. I went to buy a garment bag and I found the saleswoman to be lazy, unhelpful and loathe to go to the store room to actually to find the right model for us to buy. We were flying out the next morning so didn't have a lot of time to waste. However, this amazing salesperson, Chris Hollins, saves the day! Despite the fact that he had to clock out at 7 pm (apparently they must clock out at the time or they will get

STAY AWAY FROM THE CREDIT CARD Went to Macy's, tried to buy 6 items, opened a credit card. One item was missing from my bag. Two and a half years later, still can't get it fixed. After about a year, got them to refund most, but not all, of the cost of the item they had charged me for but not delivered. Getting the late charges and the interest off the Macy's credit card was "not my job" for the manager who managed that. Over two years later, huge ding on my credit for "non-payment" and Macy's still insists that I'm liable for charges for goods I never received. Late last year, I was told by Macy's Credit and Customer Services that because it was not "credit card fraud" I was responsible for the charges. When I protested that I hadn't received the merchandise, I was informed that because I "wanted" to purchase it, they would still charge me -- and I was liable. I'm not aware of any other business that gets to charge you because you "want" to buy something.....

Nice store and price are ok. Variety is good but Nelson the manger gave us BAD SERVICE. Nelson shouldn't be in retail.

This is a far better Macy's than Ballston. The selection is good, but they really try the oversell on the Macy's card. Ask once then drop it.

I am a regular pentagon City Macy's customer. Mostly because it is one of the few places that carries shorter length pants, dresses, etc. for shorter women - the selection is shrinking though - (attention Macy's there are a thousands of women 5'4" and shorter in the DC metro area!) So I found a few things yesterday that were miraculously the right length but I had forgotten the gift card that I wanted to use and since Macy's won't let you pay your Macy's bill with a gift card (attention Macy's this needs to be changed!) I put them on hold. I came back several hours later and no one could find them. I went all over the store searching fitting rooms, etc. At one point a manager got involved and he didn't find them either. I came back this morning hoping that maybe they had been put back on the rack- no such luck. At the point that I was about to give up, Amsale- came to my rescue! She went and found them for me. Amsale - thank you so much. I'm starting a new job and wanted these clothes for my first days at work. You could have just said sorry but you went the extra mile and found them for me. Macy's take note - these are the people you want as managers! Not the ones that shrug their shoulders and offer a discount for my trouble. A discount is no good without the clothes to spend it on.

Warning about staff at parking validation. I went to the Pentagon City specifically to purchase an item from Macy's. The associates in the children's department were kind and so helpful. I went to the second floor to validate my parking ticket and left the store. I got in my car and went to exit the garage but to my surprise my ticket showed I owed $8 (I had only been in the garage for an hour). The parking garage attendant was understanding and informed me that my ticket must have been switched when it was validated. It said I entered the garage at 10am when I actually entered at 4pm. I called the store and spoke with a manager by the name of Ms. Mia who said they'd look into it.
