AWESOME! Fingers in Ink was recommended to me by a neighbor and the company did not disappoint. I requested both announcements and invitations for my mother's funeral, and only had a short window to get them in the mail and gather RSVPs before the event. Nicole from Fingers In Ink was ON IT from day one. She was instrumental in designing a truly beautiful announcement that honored my mother, and a separate funeral invitation to provided information to guests in a clear and concise manner. She was great at making suggestions and incorporating changes I requested. She was very responsive via email and by phone. The final product arrived in a timely manner as promised. I am so pleased I chose to work with Nicole at Fingers in Ink. Highly recommend her business. She is reliable, fairly priced and provides a quality product. I would definitely use her services again in the future for any event. Thank you, Nicole.

Nicole of Fingers in Ink designed my wedding suite which included save the dates, invites, menus, and wedding day signage. It was nice to have a consistent look and feel. Nicole makes the process super easy, sends mockups for your approval and makes quick and easy adjustments if you want anything changed. The quality is also amazing, I had so many folks tell me and my now husband that they were blown away by the invites they received for our wedding! Highly recommend Fingers in Ink.

Nicole creates high quality and beautiful invitations! She was very professional and assisted us in picking out the perfect invitation for our daughters wedding. Her knowledge of paper quality, ink and decoration is outstanding. Everyone who has received the invitation to our daughters wedding has said it is elegant and beautiful! Nicole created all of the printed materials for my daughter's wedding. Save the Dates, Invitations, signage, programs, labels for the welcome boxes...everything. She is so professional and has a lovely, re-assuring personality. She made recommendations that we followed completely because I was aware that her work is impeccable. She ensured that every touchpoint supported the formal wedding we were throwing. She did all of the work. She had the envelopes addressed with the highest quality calligraphy and she hand-stamped and mailed everything for us. I had no worries at all with this aspect of the wedding. It was such a pleasure to do business with her. She is exceptional at what she does. We were more than thrilled with the outcomes.

I can't believe it's been 10 years since our wedding but I was cleaning out some boxes and found our invitations and response cards. I would still be proud to send them out today. So helpful, sweet patient, knowledgeable and amazing. I love this place. Would recommend to anyone. A great small business and Nicole is a joy to work with.

Based on other reviews, I very disappointed with the experience we had with Fingers in Ink. We hired Fingers in Ink for our save the dates and wedding invitations. Our first meeting with Nicole went well, and we developed a game plan for our save the dates. After that, our experiences started quickly going south. There was a real lack of urgency on Nicole's end to respond to simple requests and tweaks to our save the dates. Turn around times for small changes, such as a different font, took over a week, and when the product was returned, it was a completely different layout. She let us know that she didn't understand the instructions from our planner so instead of reaching out to me (she had my direct info) or my planner, she did what she thought, and it wasn't what we had requested. Due to this, we lost another week on our save the dates and were further behind on our production schedule. Once we received the product, they looked fine, and we sent them out to our guests. She also let us know that one save the date "just didn't print right," so she would send it to be reprinted. After arriving at her store, I asked to see the save the date, and the printing was fine -- she just misspelled our guest's name, and it needed to be corrected. The guest's name was spelled correctly on the correspondence that we provided to her. While all of that was frustrating, the real icing on the cake was the quality of our save the dates. After sending them out, we heard back from 20+ guests within just the first few days that their save the dates were completely torn up and didn't hold up in the mail. So, after long wait times and going back and forth to get things right, the overall quality of the materials used was poor and left us with torn and ugly save the dates. We are extremely disappointed as these were the first correspondence of our wedding to our guests and really the first thing to set the tone. Our planner reached out to Nicole to let her know of our dissatisfaction, and she offered to reprint the torn save the dates. We let her know that it was already too late in our timeline to wait for a reprint and asked for a refund. She agreed to give us a refund if we agreed not to review her services. We simply declined as we felt it was important to review our experience. The worst part of this all is that the vendor never reached out to my fiance and me to apologize for all of this.

The owner in a teriffic person who is so clearly dedicated to producing very fine printed products. She has a cute little store in Arlington. She is a joy to work with and gives great service. Who knew getting invitations could be so much fun!
