Ripoff. Not only were they not here during business hours so I couldn't ship even if I wanted to they have handling fees additional to shipping that are 10s of dollars

Ebony was truly amazing and a real lifesaver. I had an art event to attend, but at that moment, I had no prints to sell and was panicking. Ebony pulled off a miracle for me. I had a short notice, rush order, for a customer meeting that I needed right around the time FedEx opened. Ebony was very busy and managed to get the job done for me. The print work was perfect quality. I HIGHLY recommend this location. I hope Ebony's manager knows what a gem she is.

I was impressed with the customer service at this location on my visit recently week before last. It was late in the day and it seemed only one staff member, Jasmine, was there handling things by herself. Her customer service skills were outstanding - multitasking efficiently, handling completely different types of requests with skill, helping one older customer needing a lot of extra attention with incredible patience and courtesy, and making sure to follow up with me later on my shipment since I wasn’t sure it was entered in the system correctly. So, thanks!
While I’ve witnessed the shipping business part of FedEx really deteriorate in overall customer service and performance over the years, the experience with this location and with one or two representatives I spoke to on the 800 no. was redeeming, so, hopefully things are turning around?

I ran into the store right after work but only 5 minutes before closing. I was greeted by Jasmine who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was not only very patient, but also resourceful in helping me solve a shipping inquiry. I can't thank Jasmine enough for helping me resolve my problem and not even hesitating to stay after closing to assist.
Fedex is always more reliable than other shipping options and representatives are more helpful. Jasmine is an exemplary example of this.

This page says that the business updated its operating hours, 11 weeks ago, but they are wrong. They open at 9 AM not 8 AM. Took off work to go and they were closed.

I printed and shipped some items here today and the customer service was phenomenal. I was greeted when I came in and helped with everything. I don’t recall the names of the two women that assisted me but they were great.

The worst experience, it takes 15 min just to drop off and get receipts. I would avoid using fedex from now on.
