I needed to drop off a package for shipping and found myself near this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. I'm glad I stopped by because I received exceptional service here. I've visited some of their other locations before, but I usually don't receive the best service. They don't have enough staff, which causes delays in turning around packages for shipment. But that wasn't the case here. As soon as I walked in, someone helped me and had my package ready to go in no time. The store was also clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this location.

I have been extremely happy with this exact location and fedex in general. 1. Not too long lines 2. Very professional and knowledgeable staff, especially on my last stop Fredy was amazing, he can do complicated designs in a matter of 2 mins! 3. Fast and high quality printing service including certificates, banners, brochures etc 4. Reasonably priced5. Convenient location 6. Parking is abundant and convenient All in all, every type of printing services are done here and they are great!

This 5-star review is for Cleveland. I originally was going to leave a 1-star review for the woman who was working this afternoon 12p (won't blow up her spot with a name but she was the only female working and is of Latino descent). I'm sure everyone knows she is a miserable human with a bad attitude. I was floored; how does someone working in customer service not know the meaning of customer service... helllooo?! To the contrary, she went out of her way to make things difficult. The store was not busy, she could have helped me. I basically kept walking out and back in until someone else was available. My company spends a shit-ton of money on FedEx services and if it weren't for people like Cleveland we'd go to UPS. #truth

I prefer this Fedex to both nearby UPS locations because of generally friendlier service. I have also found packages seem to be generally less expensive to mail by ground service, and more reliably to arrive in time than UPS.

I love coming to this FedEx, the entire team is amazing. The manager Cleveland and his staff always take care of me. They literally go out of there way to make sure all of my prints are perfect. Wonderful example of excellent customer service.

I always come to this location. They are always helpful but today a guy attended me and he literally was the worst. He opened my package because he did not believe me I had two items inside of the box. He abruptly grabbed my package and opened it. And asked if this is my package. I told him to take it easy with my packages and I asked if they always do that because they never did that before and he literally yelled at me!! I front of two other customers. So unprofessional! He went and told me he is being working here for 5 years and I do not how they do things, yelling at me. He said he opened my package because I told him the package was from my partner and we live together, so I know what's inside the box! So unnecessary! That I have to explain my business to a stranger! He looked at me with disgust because I told him the package is from my girlfriend! He seemed homophobic and kept yelling at me and told me to speak with the manager. I've been waiting for the manager for 10 mins already. I asked where is the manager and he said wait he is in the restroom! I asked for his name and he ignored me and walked away! Before I asked for a reciept and he won't give me one. There ante more customers with packages and I did not see him opening packages! . The manager came after 20 mins and apologized for him. He literally excused his actions! He said it's because it's happy return and they go in a different bag! I said I always come here for a happy return and that NEVER happened! Never opened my box etc. And the fact that the associate yelled at me was unprofessional ! He literally excused his associate behavior. The manager gave me a card with the name of his senior manager Lily to call on Monday! A really joke! He told me the associates name is M.D. he wouldn't give me the full name because He said it's too long to write. Really bad experience from this store.

100% of my fedex packages while I’ve been at my home have been delivered to the wrong house. Half of them have been signature required and received no signature. No matter how many times I call, my packages continue to be delivered to the wrong house on the wrong street. None of the other delivery services have this issue.

The staff here is nice and super helpful. It's never crowded and is super clean. Conveniently located and the store is spacious.

Employees not wearing masks ( mainly grey curly haired woman) including manager. I come here all the time and these people do not care about covid, talking to customers without a mask.

Great service!!! Dropped off my large box today at 2 pm. The staff saw me walking towards the door and rushed to open the door for me. I didn't get his name. Service was quandary easy and super friendly!

I don't like to write bad reviews but my recent experience was not going to fade away. Most people come into the store to print, ship, or drop off items, correct? It doesn't seem that hard. If there are people in the store and someone just wants to drop off a prepaid package, ask them to drop off at the counter or wait for a receipt. The FedEx Ship Center worker today had an attitude far beyond what is acceptable. There's no need to act like a tough guy. If you are scanning 55 packages in the system and there are three other people waiting, HELP THEM FIRST, then finishing your scanning. I visit this location often and have never seen this worker. Not sure why associates don't prioritize customers instead of busy work, or at least acknowledge them! I've been on the phone with FedEx now for over 45mins and if I see this employee in the store again I will definitely be making follow up comments. Just wanted it in writing for FedEx to see.
