STAY AWAY! The old man is impatient and borderline rude. And their services are quite overpriced (expect to pay 2-3 times what other watch shops charge).
Will definitely not come again.

This is the best clock/watch repair shop. Not only are they experts in clock mechanism, they care. They fixed the clock my late father gave me when I left home for college in the late 80s and stopped working in early 2024! I was so delighted, I almost cried. Thank you so much!

I am so grateful for Fast-Fix. They were able to get my late-grandmothers 35 year old Movado watch working and handled it with such care. They even made sure it was ready before a work trip that I wanted it for.

I've been coming to Fast Fix at Pentagon City for abiut 15 years. Benny is always amazing. This time I brought in my Dad's 25 year old Timex watch, clearly not a collectors item, but sentimental to me after his passing. I was worried that it needed more than just a new battery, which was outside my budget. Benny cleaned the inside mechanisms and got it working again! I'm so incredibly grateful.
