We needed storage in Arlington, VA as we prepare to relocate from CA. We are downsizing in living space and needed to find storage that was in the vicinity of our new abode. Knowing the busy season for storage will ramp up shortly and while researching, I discovered Extra Space Storage. It was the outstanding reviews that made me reach out to them.Every interaction was top-notch due to their professionalism and friendly demeanor while finding a unit that met our needs. The first representative was Jake as (recollect) who explained everything necessary while finding the right-size 10x15, of which there were few left at this location. Once finished he put me in contact with the person who would conduct the payment process. They were equally helpful.Finally, I received a call from Selma, who works at the Storage locale where my unit is located. She answered a few additional questions, and explained the process again of going to see the Unit for the first time. All three helped make this an easy process. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this company.

Selam is simply amazing. The customer service provided at this location is top-tier. I researched a lot of options before selecting this storage facility, and I have no regrets. Hallways are spacious for maneuvering, plenty of covered parking options are available, and this is a well secured facility. I must also not this is quite a clean facility. If you are deciding on a storage facility in Arlington, I'd highly recommend Extra Space Storage - Fillmore Street.

I could not give a higher rating of approval for Salam, who is at the Fillmore extra space storage as manager. She is efficient to the max. She is always on top of things as you know, monitoring surveying what’s going on I always feel secure when she’s here she takes care of everything and this property!
