Very good experience however, the website said I got 200 miles free, my rental agreement said 300 and when I returned I was told 100. Unacceptable. Apparently nobody at Enterprise knows and the inconsistency is frustrating. I wasn't charged for mileage but this needs to be fixed. Also, the prepay fuel cost said $2.98/gallon inside and $3.13 at the gate. Which is it????

At drop off I had causal conversation with three staff members about the type of vehicles in their fleet and which was their favorite. Then I walked out and across the street to wait for the airport shuttle. After maybe a 10 minute wait I was picked up. As I got off the shuttle at American my phone rang. It was Enterprise informing me the keys were not in the car and I needed to return or be charged. That was super stressful and quite frustrating given all the time spent standing around chatting with me. Cars were barely trickling in and they had some down time. To learn someone had only now just checked my car was disappointing. This caused major stress as missing my flight became a risk. All of my flex time had been spent chatting earlier. Returning to the Rental lot meant 30 minutes easy; wait for a shuttle to the lot > transport > go inside> then wait for a shuttle back to American Airlines gate. Just as customers are responsible for collecting all of their belongs before walking away, the same should be true for the Enterprise Agents. Collect your keys before walking away.

This was my favorite car rental experience. The check in was SUPER smooth, and thanks Mariam (who assisted me to check in) for all your kindness and support and patience. I recommend 100%.

The company was very helpful and professional. The check out team was great as it was my first time ever driving in DC. The return team member (Sekou) was wonderful as well as he checked me in and gave me directions to my terminal. Thank you.

I'll start with the fact that I was happy with the service of the DCA office as the attendant there was very professional. However, upon arriving at the airport to pick my vehicle up I was told the cost had increased $50.00, I discussed this with the DCA office. I informed him the individual I made the reservation with over the phone quoted me a lower price of $89.00 (base price), which is why I decided to move forward with this reservation with Enterprise. If the individual explained the cost would be higher, I would have made other arrangements. The following day I contact the "800" number of Enterprise to discuss the reservation cost compared to the actual cost, and the Enterprise employee was extremely rude and dismissive. I attempted to explain the discrepancies of the phone reservation and the actual cost, and she continued to just state that Enterprise sent me an email with the cost. The employee and I went back and forth about the agreement and she insisted I was wrong; and ultimately said there was nothing Enterprise would do. I was very disappointed that Enterprise was not going to honor the quotes price I agreed to with the employee ever the phone. I was very disappointed that the customer service employee continue to dismiss me and not willing to truly assist me with this concern. Will NOT use Enterprise again!

Yonatan was outstanding at checkout and so was Nick at checkin. The whole process from pickup to return was seedless and very efficient. Highly recommend Enterprise at DCA.

I absolutely love renting from Enterprise. Their fleet is top notch. I regularly rent from the Regan Airport location and the team members are always welcoming. This particular rental I rented the BMW X3, I typically rent premium SUV class or higher. After about an hour of having the vehicle I noticed the engine oil light was on, realizing the light was on when I picked it up, but I was so distracted with how awesome the vehicle was, that I overlooked it. I quick call to customer service, I returned to the airport for a swap, and the onsite customer service was so awesome (the young lady in the booth, and the gentleman Jay) upgraded me to the BMW X5…. Which was even more awesome. I was so excited I even extended my rental by a day. Really love Enterprise, they’ve never let me down.

I am DELIGHTED to say that the very first Enterprise Agent that I came in contact with was so polite! His name is “YOUNI.” I asked directions to the rental pick-up/ check-out location. “YOUNI” politely greeted me and directed me to the appropriate location.After getting to the Enterprise Counter, I was waiting my turn in line when I noticed that “YOUNI” opened another line to expedite the check-out process. Fortunately for me, “YOUNI” was the Agent who assisted with my rental. As before, “YOUNI” was professional, polite, knowledgeable, informative, accurate, and OUTSTANDING at answering my questions. All of my rental concerns were accurately addressed to ensure an excellent rental experience.I was quite pleased with the available vehicle selections, also.Thanks to “YOUNI” and all the Customer Service agents that I encountered upon return, my rental experience was definitely OUTSTANDING!! GOD Bless you, “YOUNI!”

I wish I could give 0. I rented a car from here thinking oh this place is good and cheap, but then I get slapped with extra charges. Like I was barely given time to listen to their questions and apparently agreed to the insurance which I didn't want. They sped thru all the screens pointing where to sign and making me get on my way. The car they gave me was a 2023 Sentra and just when I get in, steering wheel and cupholders felt sticky. Just overall a sketchy place don't go here! You will get charged for stuff you don't want! Plus! They tell you don't worry about cleaning the car before returning so for a tiny fraction of pet hair(I work at an animal hospital) I got charged $250.. 2 weeks later with no notice to my card! And I never even got the email till I had to call customer service and they sent it to me dated 1/31 when I returned it 27th.

I was satisfied with checking in. Once I arrived at the garage there was only 1 small SUV and a minivan. The rep in the garage said I only had 2 choices. I choose the small SUV based on my what I wanted per my reservation. The vehicle was clean on the inside. Driving I noted the back window was dirty and had a dirty film over it. Once I arrived at my hotel I opened the door and noticed the bottom area of the door was muddy, the front of the vehicle was also dirty. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the SUV.When I returned the vehicle the rep in the garage asked how the car was. I stated it was okay, just dirty. He was acted as if he was shocked by my answer. I just not satisfied with the dirty vehicle.
