My preferred rental car company, I enjoyed the vehicle I rented, it was clean and in good working order. I will definitely use Enterprise again.

The online booking process is confusing and tries to up-charge you constantly. This location doesn’t have weekend hours past Saturday morning and doesn’t allow after hours returns. If you try to call, you’ll be on hold for 15 minutes and then you’ll get a rude employee.

Absolutely the worst car rental place in the area. Glebe exceeds my expectations every visit and everytime I book with Crystal city they always disappoint!!They told me to try hertz! What is the point of a reservation if you can never honor it and why have someone call me to confirm just to have someone else call back 20 minutes later to tell me they only have suv and won’t honor the reservation price.Horrible horrible experience!!!

I called to confirm if the car was ready before I got there and I was told it was but I had to be there in 20 minutes in order for my reservation to be held.Once I rushed and got there, I was told I can’t use my corporate code. She tried to upsell me a lower class car than I booked for more money. The lady on the counter is rude and she single handedly ruined my Christmas. The worst enterprise location ever!

Less than friendly. I was met with attitude and he did not help me find a solution after informing me that all cars were sold out.Unfortunately the call center did not properly make my booking. But I was not presented with any solutions.11/3/23 @2pm

This has to be one of the worst car rental locations I've ever encountered. Terrible customer service. Not worth it take your business elsewhere.

Would you like to rent a car with 50,000 miles, under-inflated tires, an interior that smells like a cigar shop, and 3/4 tank of gas? Come on down to Enterprise, we'll get you set up ASAP! We care about you, that's why we give you a Clorox Bleach wipe free with every rental, so you can wipe the grime away that we didn't get to! And don't worry about tolls, we'll charge you automatically, complete with toll surcharges--because who doesn't love to contribute to a behemoth corporation's profit while they pay for tolls?!

Horrible customer service. In the morning we reserved a car online at another Enterprise location and then were called that no cars available. Fine, at least we knew.So then we called at this location to ask for a reservation and avoid the same issue again, got a reservation via phone, arrived at the location - and again, no car available. On top of that, the staff was rude and did not communicate, made us wait unnecessarily.Never again Enterprise.

Extremely bad experience with Russel Ponder. We reserved a car through the website. Upon arrival to pick it up we were told there was no availability. We had not been informed about this, and Russel started first lying about trying to give us a call and then continued on lying telling us he had some made up phone number on the record he tried to call. Not recommended to use this service provider!

Car was dirty, scratched, and shakes when braking. Crystal City rental associates placed me in a lower tier car when they had nicer ones on the lot. When I call to try and swap for the full-sized that my insurance is paying for, they refuse to tell me what they have on the lot.I will be stuck in this dirty, unsafe, and undersized car for another month.I wish USAA used another company for their members' rentals.

Not the widest selection of vehicles, but it was a quick and efficient process. The cheapest rent rate is around 130 with fees attached, so it is really 169, but that's common practice. I recommend you double check the terms and conditions of the rental agreement to avoid any extra hidden fees.

Unfortunately, I was unable to use my corporate card, so I had to juggle money in order to pay from my personal account. Then, debit wasn't accepted as I have an out of state license. I was told it's all in their rules and guidelines. Basically, I should have read them, and that is correct. As there were no cars available at the airport, I taxied there, and when I asked if a shuttle or something was available to take me back to the airport, I was told no and try to get on the shuttle at the hotel. As I had zero customer service, and if I didn't have $600 in my account, I would've been without a car. I will not use or recommend Enterprise to my company, nor will I use them personally again.

I want to preface this email by saying I understand that everyone has a job to do and I am not in the habit of complaining about poor service. However, my experience today at your store #1570 was unable to ignore. My son had previously rented a car from your store #1570 using his Chime debit card. He received the rental with no issue picking up or dropping off. He made a reservation for today, July 14th where he went to go pick up a car from the same store and he was told that it is their policy that they do not use this card. This is where the poor customer service begins. He was told that this is an impossible request, even though it has already been done previously. Telling us something that can’t be done while in the same breath, acknowledging you have already done it shows a lack of accountability. When I called to understand the issue, I was told by Mr. Russell Ponder that he did not have time to go over the policy with me. He continued to argue with me in the same length of time it would’ve taken to read the policy that states this fact. When we tried to speak with the representative that did give him the car the previous time, Miss Tiffany, Grant we were given the answer of “Oh well”.This would not even be worth mentioning, however, today is Dallas’s 25th birthday. He has been planning this trip for a while now to go see his 85 year old grandmother that has planned a full birthday for him upon his arrival.Speaking with your representatives, Miss Grant and Mr. Ponder shows that there is a lack of front facing customer service training, as well as familiarity with policies. Both employees were not interested in solution-based outcomes and made it very clear that any conversation with their superiors would have no effect on them. There is a silver lining to the situation. Because of this mishap, we had to find a new car rental. With our time sensitive search, we found an app called Turo. We were able to rent a car within minutes for $50 less than what was quoted from Enterprise. In that regard, we do appreciate you helping us find a better company that is interested in client retention. I will also be sending a negative review to let people know to not put their trust in a company if their trip has sentimental value.I hope this email deters any other person from having this experience.

I rented a car with them, Toyota, it wasn't bad and everything was ok. When I returned I forgot my parking pass, called them and informed them I will be coming later. Now, they have lost it and now I need to pay for lost pass because of their irresponsibility. I keep calling them they keep saying we will escalate it and call you back. Noone is calling me or taking any actions. How yo can br so irresponsible to through away a staff which customers forget.

We rented a cargo van from the Truck Rental side and had a fantastic experience. Xia and Matt were very helpful and patient. If you need smooth sailing with your DIY move, I highly recommend using this Enterprise truck rental location.
