Maraki provided me with excellent customer service. She is a friendly professional. I was passing by, headed to a designated store, when I saw this individual at Elite store smile at me. I was captivated by her smile so I went in the store, even though I had no intention of buying jewelry.As I was browsing, she approached me and started explaining the pieces to me. She was courteous, patient, and industrious - these are qualities that are hard to come by theses days. She was explicit in describing each piece of jewelry.I was able to negotiate. She did her utmost to meet my need and ensured that I took the pieces that I had selected, home that day because I liked them. I finalized the purchase. This encounter became the highlight of my evening at Pentagon City Mall. Many thanks for having her as part of your team.Maraki is EXCEPTIONAL!!!
