FIRST time ordering from this store. Placed my order last night and have been calling since this morning to see what time it will be delivered. The last person at 11:00 am said 2:00pm and now it is 2:42pm and it has yet to arrive. I have called the store 5 times and no one picks up the phone. There is a chance the person will leave work early, and my surprise still has not arrived and no one is willing to take responsibility, or provide any customer support. Edible arrangements is a big chain and I thought they could be trusted to deliver gifts but I am highly disappointed with this store. I am still waiting for the delivery at this point and need someone to contact me.

Specifically told them that I had an allergy to pineapple and asked for it to be substituted. As you can see in the picture, it was delivered with tons of pineapple. It’s funny that people in retail want to be paid more but can’t follow simple and written instructions.

We had a last minute order for a senior citizen group of Arlington Virginia. They planned a picnic event. I called Edible at N. Quincy street and explained that I wanted to make it special for the seniors and if they could assist me with creating an arrangement for me to pick up. The lady that took the order was so friendly and nice she said yes I can pick it up. The arrangement was beautiful ? ? ?

I went to place an order and this location was closed. I made sure to check their business hours before going to guarantee they’d be open and the door was locked. Even their door had a sign with their business hours listed and they were supposed to be open but I guess not.I guess change your business hours if you’re not going to be open when you say you are.

How I wish I would've read the reviews before ordering from this location. I placed my order for Mother's Day on Friday for Saturday delivery. I knew that Sunday would be almost impossible because of the volume of orders that are probably coming in. I asked that the gift to be delivered between 12 and 130 and they guaranteed me that it would. 2 o'clock the package shows up and the guy didn't even knock on the door. He set it in the hallway in the middle of the floor and left. I called the manager and they said that the guy was new. For me that's not an excuse there Hass to be training. I will never use this place again and I would recommend that people stay away from this business.

I selected this location at 911 Quincy St., Arlington, VA. without reading the reviews and so glad I did! I was emotionally sending an arrangement to a friend after the loss of a very close friend of ours. This morning, I decided to read the reviews and became very hesitant that I ordered from this location. However, when I called and spoke to Celina, she assured me there would be no problem to make the arrangements and deliver before 5pm. My friend received her delivery before 5pm and was very pleased with the quality of the arrangements. The fresh fruit and cupcakes w/a couple of the chocolate strawberries, I'm told are delicious and brighten her day on such a rainy day. Also, I applaud the driver for making this delivery in such inclement weather. I learned from this experience that sometimes you have to take a chance and have your own experience. Thanks again for the great customer service, quality arrangements and I wish you continued success.

Great online order and delivery experience to my friend! I called to ask what color roses they have and they were able to accommodate my request. I even received a confirmation email when the delivery was complete.

Not surprised by all the terrible reviews. Arrangement wasn't delivered to the recipient. Delivery man just left it at the front desk and texted photos of it as if it were some take out food delivery order instead of calling the recipient to ensure proper delivery. Didn't get the fruit until 4 days later when it was sticky and disgusting. Local store which was weird, not the most professional, and asking for photo evidence. Corporate call center wasn't helpful either. Was hoping my coworkers could at least get a refund for something I never received until it was INedible (pun intended). Consider sending flowers instead, or something non-perishable. Avoid this shop.

I purchased a birthday edible arrangement for my grandma along with flowers, balloons, popcorn, and nuts and the delivery guy delivery all of it today EXCEPT THE ACTUAL EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT that I spent $99.99 out of the $204 I spent. I've been calling all morning and they're not answering the phone so it's going straight to the corporate customer service line who also cannot reach them. It's my grandma's 78th birthday and since I can't see her in person, I really wanted her to have what I ordered. This sucks big time. I'm still calling and still not getting through.

Delivery person left order at door when it was directly stated in the order notes to leave with the front desk.The order was not only left at the door but the recipient was not notified it was out there, and only found out later on that day when leaving the house.I called and they sent out another order the next day, and did the exact same thing. I contacted the store numerous times, no call back. I tried contacted customer service, but was on the phone for nearly 40 minutes before I decided to hang up.I will post the disappointing order below.Will not recommend to anyone.

WORST experience ever never coming back here again. Fist time here and on their website it said 10am Sunday came in at 10am and it was closed had to wait 2 hours Even though someone was inside they would not open the store eventually by 12 o'clock they open the store was able to come in and to my surprise the person that open the store did not speak any English so she handed me the phone to talk to her manager who did not decide to come in to work that day even though her employee couldn't speak any English at all took me 30 minutes to process simple transaction lights were turned off you couldn't even tell that the store was open if it wasn't for me pulling the door I would've never noticed that it was open.

Unfortunately zero stars is really what this business deserves ordered an arrangement for a very special occasion as I work at the airport I left instructions on where to deliver the arrangement. I called the next day to find out what time they will be making the delivery. A lady answered the phone and she told me that it will probably be later in the afternoon and that the driver would not be able to deliver the arrangement inside because Of security. I responded as soon as the driver gets here have him call me and I'll come out and get it even before I spoke to the lady I left instructions in the order where to make the delivery and to call me when they're making the delivery none of this happened and the lady was not even cognizant of the instructions I left when I made the order. In the end when they were about to make the delivery I found out that they use door dash to make their deliveries and that the door Dash driver needed the recipient of the gifts number to call them to come downstairs and get their gift unacceptable on any level I will never use this business ever and if you're smart you won't either they're a bunch of buffoons and they have no idea on how to run a proper business edible arrangements has gone downhill I used to use them and they were a great business I will never use them again idiots all of them.

Anna did a great job with the Delivery! My friend wasn't home but we were able to coordinate dropping it off and my friend really appreciated/loved it! Anna's customer service was amazing! Thank you so much Edible Arrangements!
