This is the worst drycleaner I've ever dealt with. Twice in a row, I brought regular dress shirts to be laundered, only to realize they were never cleaned or pressed properly. Collars and cuffs remained stained (same when they were brought in) as if they never used a detergent. The shirts also were never pressed properly. Dress pants, which had minor rain spots, were never cleaned, as if they were pressed without proper dry cleaning. The pants showed multiple creases too. When I complained, they said for $3.50 a shirt, it wouldn't be profitable to clean and the machine does all the pressing. This is not how you cut costs; not on the expense of doing the basics of what you're in business for. Terrible business and even worse customer service. I'm taking my clothes somewhere else.

Refused to add a zipper to my jumpsuit because she said it wouldn’t make it any bigger. I explicitly stated that I did NOT want it bigger, I wanted the jumpsuit OPENING to be bigger, because it is a maternity jumpsuit and I am pregnant. Never called to say they would not complete the work, and only told me when I went to pick it up. Again, I did not ask for tailoring or fitting, and did not expect it, I just asked to add a zipper. Will NOT be going back. Way to make a pregnant lady feel bad about herself.

Good experience. Used several cleaners in the area. This once was a bit less in price and service was on time and did the job I needed. Staff were friendly. Free parking outside the store.

Lynn has expertly tailored and repaired countless items for me and just about every member of my family. She’s fixed wedding dresses, tuxedos, perfectly fixed a suit that was comically large AND one that was comically small. Priceless heirloom cathedral length veil with antique lace eaten by a dog? Like nothing ever happened. Lynn could teach a masterclass in tailoring, and to top it all off she is genuinely one of the most kind, thoughtful, caring people I’ve ever met. Her whole family is equally delightful.I’m glad to have met Lynn and look forward to patronizing Eco Cleaners for years to come.

This has been a great business since moving to Arlington. However, the most recent drop off experience was really frustrating. I was told that my tux would be ready on Thursday, but they did not mention they would be closed on Friday. I have a wedding out of town that is black tie and I now unfortunately have on way of getting my tux.

We’ve been coming to this family-owned business for over five years. It’s in an easy to access location and there’s always parking! Our clothes are always meticulously cared for and their services are always on time! Lynn is a skilled seamstress and has tailored all of our clothing (dresses, suits, kids uniforms) to perfection! She’s cleaned and preserved my wedding dress and repaired my grandmothers fur coat. I highly recommend this business and it’s a joy to stop by and see Lynn while on errands around Arlington. You should be going here for all our dry cleaning and beyond!

Hands down the best dry cleaner in NOVA! The staff is super friendly with a quick turnaround. They also offer affordable alterations. We've had them repair several seams and some minor tears - everything looks better than new. Would highly recommend!

Its so hard to find a place I can trust with Desi clothes given how much delicate embellishment and embroidery is on them. While I wouldn't call this place cheap or a bargain, I trust them with clothes, especially things that are delicate. I have also done some hemming (on pants, it was $23 to just make them shorter) and it was very well done (again not cheap, but well done).
