I have been coming to Dominique jewelry for many years. It is a wonderful visit every time. They have sold me some very special and beautiful jewelry items at very reasonable prices, and have provided good counsel on jewelry value. I have had many treasured necklaces competently and promptly restrung by Mrs. Evelyn. Friends of mine have also been very pleased with Dominique's shop and service. Make sure to visit - it's a special place!

Ugh. Owner is cruel. I dared to question the pricing on a repair and he threw me out of the store. He seemed to imply the GUN on his hip gave him the right to intimidate me. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Fine if you don't DARE question the owner's pricing. Came in for a small bracelet repair and asked a few questions about lowering the price a bit for the small job. My mistake! He literally threw me out of the store. He is rude and seems to think the HANDGUN on his hip gives him the right to intimidate people. Take your business elsewhere! (Facets, on Old Dominion has lovely service and competitive pricing)

I've lived near this small shop for decades without noticing that it's a gem. I went to Dominique Jewelry to get a pearl necklace restrung. The price was very reasonable and the work was completed by Evelyn within 24 hours. Sokhom examined by wedding ring and found that the prongs on most of the stones were missing. He quoted a very reasonable price and completed the work by the next day. They are a very cheery couple. The shop has a lot of beautiful jewelry to purchase. A hidden winner in Arlington.

My husband went in to have his watch battery replaced and asked if they had 2 #1632 batteries for our car fobs. They charged him $40 for 2 batteries which can be had elsewhere for less than $10 (some even as low as $2.50 for 2). He is too embarrassed to take them back. This is the worst kind of price gouging.

Dominique Jewelers sells beautiful things, many of them custom designed and made by the owner (who can fix almost any jewelry or watch). I've been a happy customer for a couple of decades, and I feel like I get good value and honest advice in addition to the occasional special gift or personal indulgence. Happy to recommend them.

I was recommended here buy a friend and am so glad that I was. When you are dealing with either jewelry that is very sentimentality important to you or very expensive. It can really be difficult to find a jeweler you trust but also knows what he is doing. Dominique Jewerly has been in Arlington, I think about two decades or more. When you come...you are treated like family and the selection of jewelry is top of the line, each piece looks like a one of a kind,and beautiful. As you can tell I would send my friends and family there in a heart beat. During these times we need honest and trustworthy businesses like Dominique Jewelry.

Horrible service. Twice things broke within 1-3 wears. Refused to fix for free. One was a diamond bracelet he designed. Class broke and a diamond was lost. He blamed me. And said not under warranty. Very disappointing as my family has been long time customers. He refused to help. Said my dad bought bracelet my dad needs to bring it in.

I have been using them for years and have always found them to be very friendly and efficient. They charge fair prices. I took several watches in for batteries. When I returned, one watch was not worth repairing and he told me not to waste the money on it. Another was a good watch that just needed to be cleaned. I appreciate his straight forward advice.
