“We enjoy shopping at Macy’s. We really like the location in Pentagon City, in Arlington County, VA. Parking is convenient and covered. In fact, they will validate your parking ticket for you so that you can enjoy free parking while there. They offer great stylish selections and last call savings. I would absolutely give this retailer a five star except they do not offer men casual and jean selections for big and tall men. I was surprised. My husband is over 6 ft tall with a 34/35 inseam and a 40 waist. They offer the waist sizes but not the inseam needed. To only find 30 or 32”inseams for his waist size was shocking. That means they are catering to overweight shorter men than taller bigger men in shape. Wow! Then to ask and learn that they do not carry those sizes in the store really surprised me. I thought the brand offered clothing for tall and bigger men. I guess not. So that is why I can only give them a 4 star. Otherwise, the service was great and the store offers many other pluses and benefits.”

“Dina is a gem. ? I’m a busy single parent and I needed a nice suit fast. She went out of her way to help me get a lot of options together and even brought me down to get a pair of shoes after the store had closed, so that I could be put together for an important event the next day. I honestly am moved by how well I was cared for. If you ever need a good suit, ask for Dina. ✨ She will get you together. There’s a great selection, as well.”
“As the store name says it is dollar 'plus' ..Whatever I can find at dollar tree for a dollar,it is $1.49 or $2.99.It is little pricey ,but what makes this store special is its variety. It has nice unique collection.It is very well organized and neat.The owner is friendly.Enjoyed my visit to this store.”
“This is the first time I ever leave a review. Lee, who works in the Customer Service desk, was the worst staff in Target I HAVE EVER SEEN.She was being rude, unwilling to provide assistance and yelled at me like “Why do you come to our store at this time every day” and technically yesterday was the second time I have ever talked to her. Leaving 5 stars because the manager Ashley in the Clothing section later provided exemplary customer service and assisted with a positive attitude.I’ve already filed a complaint with Target Guests Relation. If I do not end up getting a satisfactory response, I will keep in touch with the Guests Relation and post a video about the situation with the recording of our whole conversation starting from her yelling at me and refused to provide assistance.”
“A very nice Macy; the people here make it work. All smile, jolly; happy to be there and to help. I came here to look for some dresses, ended up applying for a Macy's card (for big discounts). Staff in the women's department are very helpful, helping me re-tie the bow tie on a dress that I liked. Not all dresses are available in all sizes, and the staff only focuses on the cashier. No one around to help with anything; maybe they are understaffed. The fitting room is in need of attention (paint peeling off on the wall; doors not closing properly or not at all, etc).”

“It's a pretty large px with just about anything you could want, same drawbacks as any other px, certain things being way overpriced and such. They have a nice usmc gift shop section if you're looking for something for family or friends.”
