Came by to get my passport photos taken. Didn't realize you can upload your own photos as long as it meets the requirements. An employee took several photos for me and helped me get them printed. Very nice and fast. The photos cost $14, but they had some type of deal and I only paid $5. Friendly employees and was done within 10 mins.

This Arlington VA CVS, located at 2402 Lee Highway (corner of Harrison), is not recommended. Half the time I have gone to redeem a CVS promotional store coupon, there is no record of it in their computer system. Another half of the time their shelf stated price is wrong and usually higher at the register, often causing useless time debating the disparity between the prices. Moreover, the staff is not customer friendly; in particular, one staff member (young Asian), who appears to act in a managerial role, is curt, dismissive-in-tone and not helpful. The pharmacy is inconsistent. On three separate occasions I have received phone messages that I have a Rx to pick up. When I get there, the clerk looks up my name and says "there is no Rx to pick up." Wasted trips. On a more recent trip to their pharmacy, I was told by the pharmacist that my Rx was not yet approved by insurance after I had called this same pharmacy the prior day in which a clerk had told me it was ready. Incredible! I will be changing to Walgreens.

I'm not sure why I'm reading bad reviews for this store. Whenever I've been there, I'm always greeted when I walk in (even though sometimes I don't want to be bothered with pleasantries) and if it looks to staff like I'm looking for something, they always ask if they can help. The pharmacy is sometimes busy but not unreasonably so. If things are going slower than usual at the pharmacy counter, its usually because the pharmacist or pharmacy technician is helping a customer solve a problem with their insurance or doctor's prescription. I can be assured that when I have a similar issue, they'll take the time to help me too. Highly recommend.

I want to say one thing about reviews: it is YOUR attitude about getting business done which figures into HALF of the transaction. If you are in a bad mood, don't expect special treatment.

This CVS pharmacy is like any other CVS. The people here are nice and willing to help you. The products that they sell are most of the time in stock. They do have a good selection of items for sale.

This used to be a good one- nice and super helpful staff. Unfortunately it's gone way downhill. Frequent long lines for prescriptions, phone doesn't get answered, and though they are sometimes apologetic, better staffing is needed.

I came in for help from the pharmacist she stayed on the phone for a while even when the line was filling up, I Expressed y'all should hire more pharmacist or assistants she refused to assist me. Thank the good lord for Harris Teeter they had the medication I needed, how sad that to is me walk-in sick and she refused to help me. I apologize for I will not be going for help to that pharmacy again the Ethiopian lady was so so rude!

The worst cvs I have ever been to. The pharmacist is absolutely horrible. Literally kept customers waiting for almost 30 minutes just to drop off prescriptions. Myself and another customer simply had to leave and go somewhere else. Another customer said he had been calling since morning and no one was answering the phone. His place operates terribly and customer service is absolutely non-existent. Avoid at all costs!!

The manager Brandon is the best! He takes pride in his job and will go out of his way to make sure you get the best deal and the best quality items. He's helped me save $ on numerous occasions. Thank you Brandon!
