I ordered my prescription to be picked up here. The first time they got the name wrong and then I was told that they could get the medication the following day. I recieved a message that the order is ready for pick up. I got there and they couldn’t find it. On asking the pharmacist ( an African American female),she said “ she has just come back from a 4 day vacation”, she has no idea what is going on. I asked her if she could get the right one for me again as I prefer that CVS and that I should go to the other CVS and pick it up myself. And she also managed to yell at me telling me how much she has been doing since being back from her 4 day vacation. I asked the store supervisor to have the manager call me back, but I still haven’t got a call explaining why there are unprofessional staff at a CVS pharmacy. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMENDED,

Excellent experience at the Langston/ Glebe Road CVS. I was asked while I was shopping if I needed help finding anything. The same employee checked me out. She was personable , very pleasant and made me feel like a valued customer and as a plus I got a 30% discount from my Extra Care card on an item I may not have bought without the discount!

The young white lady that works at that location most evenings is so rude and very unwelcoming, no greetings, no smile on her face and when there is issue that arises during checkout, either it's coupon that didn't print or a discount that is not applied or even incorrect pricing, when you asked her for simple help its like you asking her to move mountains. Sadly this makes it a very uncomfortable place to shop at!

Attendant here is rude and would rather talk on the phone with her friend than acknowledge me standing at the counter trying to check out. I was standing literally 3 minutes and she was doing her best to avoid eye contact. I've been here multiple times, and she's always been like that, but this time was just flat out disrespectful. The Walgreens across the street is the much better choice.

I've never had an issue here but what I just experienced is completely unacceptable. The Pharmacy failed to notify me that they were changing their address, and therefore were unable to fill my prescription for at least a month. This is incredibly irresponsible, especially for patients who require their medication in order to function physically or mentally on a daily basis. I am now forced to scramble to try and get the prescription, a schedule II controlled substance with less than a week's supply remaining.

Both Monica and King at the store located at 4709 Lee Highway in Arlington, Virginia, were positively wonderful! I approached them when another nearby store could not provide service as promised (the other store provided me my 100 photo Christmas cards I ordered, but had no envelopes to go with them in the correct size, and basically left me hanging out to dry). Monica and King were quick to assist me and find the correct quantity and size envelopes in their store's photo section and provide them to me. They were not only helpful, but they were also both very personable and empathetic when I approached them with the issue. CVS needs more employees like these two representing it! Thank you!
