Absolutely the worst management of any CVS I have ever experienced( there is an older hispanic female manager who is incredibly rude and needs to be fired). Avoid at all costs. The Walgreens across the street is a much better option!

I've had mixed experiences with clerks at this store, but for the most part they've been helpful and competent. I feel for them at times as I've seen them have to handle difficult customers and situations. This review is limited to the pharmacy and clinic. Today for the 3rd time in a year I've taken the time to schedule a vaccine appt online, get the text messages, etc., and timely show up. (I was told on two prior occasions they are "improving" their process.) They have not improved: Again I had to enter info. into their in-store computer, which takes forever, which never seems to recognize me which leaves me having wasted another 5 minutes. Then I get to stand in line at the pharmacy to try and straighten it all out. (The "Vaccine Appt" window is closed, of course.). I waited 5 minutes, and the 3 people in line ahead of me hadn't moved up, so once again, I left sans vaccine. From now on I will go to the CVS in Clarendon, which I tried for my last vaccine and which was a seamless and quick process. In a year, the CVS at 3133 Langston Blvd. has shown zero improvement.

Today I went to this location to return some Tylenol that I’d purchased the day before while picking up my prescription. I realized that the Theraflu I already had at home had more mg. of acetaminophen then this Tylenol so it was pointless of me to take it. Nonetheless when the cashier was ringing me up I noticed that the amount to be refunded had a 20% employee discount subtracted from the total on the screen. The refund was already processed by the time he gave me back my receipt but I received no discounts when making my purchase nor am I an employee of CVS and my receipt reflects that. The cashier insisted that there was nothing he could do about it. The worst customer service and I will be calling to speak to a manager about this in morning.

I wish I could rate double zero of my experience at this store. Top leadership needs to take a look at the management team of this store and district manager’s actions as well. Employees are walking around without wearing name badge so you cant tell their name. They seems to be very unhappy working at this store. The waiting line goes literally out of the door when you need to get assistance from pharmacy. Pharmacy technicians seems not to get the sense of urgency to help out the clients as the line keep getting increased. Pharmacist are great and no complaints against them at all but they are under stuff and management should fix this issue but it seems like management is slacking as you can tell from employees attitude and behavior. If you commit any crime in your life and want to redeem yourself , please visit this store as you will get punishment from this store’s employees by giving you hard time and delivering worst of the worst customer service.

Horrible service, no one helped me while I was waiting for the cashier. Cashiers were talking to each other casually.Try to talk to me harshly just because I was waiting them to help me.It's usually okay place to go but not anymore with current employees.

Niada and Yolanda are top notch. I was greeted at the entrance. All Associates were helpful. They always help me to find an item or two. And checkout moved fast. I always look forward to going to this CVS store.Dr. C. Toftoy

They didn’t have my medication so instead of ordering it, they told me to have another appointment with my doctor and send it to a cvs they assured me had the medication. I went thru my doctor’s admin and my doctor, they sent it to the recommended cvs. The recommended cvs said they didn’t have the medication and had no idea why this location said they did. I had another appointment with my doctor, the medication order got sent back to this location. But they won’t complete the order without a manual call telling them to not wait on insurance since insurance NEVER covers it. Their policy is to not make a note of that. So I’m on minute 37 of being on hold trying to tell them to not to put this week late fill on hold until they hear back from insurance (which they never will).I won’t be surprised if being on hold goes to an hour and I’m magically disconnected. That has happened before with them.The nighttime pharmacist is good tho. But their day staff is a farce.

♿️abundant seating near the pharmacy. (At least 5 chairs). I did not see seating near the front of the store nor outside the store. Wide aisles. The pharmacy is a bit far back- about two aisles. The disability parking is close by. I did not see any fragrances in the shopping center. The bathroom is fragranced but clean. Parking is free. No wheelchair shopping carts. The staff are kind and helpful.

The pharmacist Amal is absolutely fantastic and was extremely helpful in helping me find the medicine I needed for my child. I highly recommend this pharmacy and especially Amal. Thank you so much.

Nice that it's open 24 hours but not nice when they don't call about mail order prescriptions being ready for pickup (and then lie and say they did call you).

This CVS and its employees are amazing. Pharmacy is great as well. Employees are always willing to help out. Check out time is fast as well. Passport photo service is convenient, reasonable price and meets US passport standards.

Just don’t. I waited 2 hours while my insurance and cvs battled. They will not call your insurance even though they say they will. Arsema was especially not helpful. The manager even said she would help but I’m the end did not. It’s over run and the people there super unhelpful.

When you drive from far away and it says it's open 24hrs but they are closed for lunch. Means it's not open 24hrs.

Very unorganized, either very slow or very poorly staffed. Regularly 20 minutes waits to pick up a prescription.
