Worst CVS Branch(3133Langston).An African-looking guy who served my wife has no manners and respect for clients. It happened today around 8 pm. My wife was just inquiring if there’s a possibility of replacing my son’s medicine because the medicine bottle leaks. He could talk nicely but he didn't. His voice and response was unprofessional.
Hoping CVS should not take into granted this kind of employee’s behavior. We are CVS patrons, CVS should serve its clients with respect and without discrimination!

The negative comments below are so nit true. I go to this CVS all the time. The manager couldn't be nicer. I don't know why someone even wrote this, it's not the case at all.

How are there bad reviews?! This is the best cvs, both for the pharmacy and the general area. The staff is amazing, the app has hundreds of great coupons, and the workers are soooooo sweet and accommodating.

By far the worst CVS in Arlington,Va due to the manager constantly harassing me when I go into the store, I am a African-American woman, and I feel like I’m constantly being watched and targeted when I shopped there I continually go to that CVS for my kids prescriptions and for items that I need for self-care or for groceries this lady has been most unpleasant person to deal with her name is Myra supposed to be a manager..she’s made comments towards me that were pleasant. She’s giving me attitudes that were unnecessary ..when I would walk to CVS and I had my children in the stroller. She would follow me around the store. Look to see if I had items in my stroller and when I expressed to her that she was making me feel uncomfortable she made unpleasant remarks that were unnecessary. Told me to go to another CVS if I didn’t like it . Hopefully someone else speaks up about this situation and that it can be addressed properly because no one should be able to go to a store and feel targeted or harassed /uncomfortable shopping. In this video she pulled out her phone to record me it.. is unpleasant and unprofessional
.. hope others get treat nicely and fair and she doesn’t continue treat minorities and other races unpleasantly

In one month, I had two negative experiences. First, I picked up medication from the pharmacy on May 6, and they are still sending me SMS reminders to pick up my medication. The system is poorly managed. Today, I came with my sick 7-year-old son to get antibiotics. I waited for 40 minutes, then they took my insurance and said it wasn’t working. When I asked them to double check the information because it was unlikely, they claimed they entered everything and received a decline. They told me to call my insurance company if I wanted to sort it out. Later, I found out the employee was in a rush to go on break and was happily sitting in his car while I was on the same parking lot at 7 PM, calling the insurance company with my child, who had a 104-degree fever, in the back seat. Altogether, I spent 2 hours there! The issue was that they had entered my son's name incorrectly! The most despicable part of this situation is that the pharmacy manager, when giving me the medication, didn’t even initially think to apologize. This shows a complete lack of customer orientation in a thoroughly complacent company! If they have such problems with entering names, what can be expected in terms of mixing medications correctly?

At this point, if I could give zero stars I would. This has been my go to 24 hour PHARMACY for the past 10 years but about a year or two they have really started lacking in their delivery. I went back today again for the third time, since they had made a mistake on my birth control prescription, the other two times that I had already been back. And again, they have made the exact same mistake and put the wrong birth control. They had the nerve to ask me to come back again next week like they have been doing the past three weeks. I said no thank you. I have transferred all of my prescriptions to my other pharmacy now in McLean. I would only go back to this specific CVS if it’s an emergency prescription since they are 24 hours. But that’s it, they’ve wasted my time enough

I have had the worst experience at this location. The Shift Lead Sidd was very rude and threatened to ban me from the store for asking him to repeat what he said so I could understand him.He then took my picture and flicked me off from the door as I left. This manager needs to learn how to treat customers!

Feels weird to be giving a 5-star review to a CVS, but this is probably the best chain pharmacy in the area. Clean store with friendly and efficient staff. A night-and-day difference compared to Walgreens.

The CVS Lyon Village has been my go to pharmacy for the last 15 or so years. Their pharmacy team is really world class and they work hard to help people get their medications on time and understand them. A special recognition goes to Christian, who is one of the most compassionate and knowledgable pharmacists in the area. Christian has a very incisive understanding of how medications work, their interactions with other medications and food, and he has a helpful, compassionate approach. I highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy at Lyon Village. Great team.
