This store deserves 10.i was there this morning for my twin photo passport and the store employees went above and beyond to provide me a great service during a photo taken which is pain because kids are moving around a lot.i was so shocked with the patience that those employees had.I give a shout out they from Bangladesh,unfortunately I don’t remember the name

ZERO STARS.Pharmacy used to be great. As of mid 2023, it is absolutely horrible. They will not refill my perscription without doctor approval, even though I have a refill stated on the doctor's order. When cvs wouldn't refill, I took it to Walgreen's. When Walgreen's called cvs, they said I had no refills left, when there was one refill left on the prescription. Now, I have to go a weekend without medication for an ulcer and call my doctor on Monday, so they can contact Walgreens (or cvs yet again) regarding the same perscription that the drs office had to call in 90 days ago (AFTER I had to go to the cvs, WITH COVID, to find out what was going on, because again, NO ONE AT THE PHARMACY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE), WITH A PENDING REFILL!Three months ago, my drs office called in my perscription. (The notification of the call is automatically logged into my doctor's portal, so I KNOW it was called in). But cvs 'claimed' the didn't. They also 'claim' that they reach out to my doctor, but my dr office says cvs has not contacted them, so I have to, so they can contact cvs, AGAIN, regarding the same active, current perscription that I currently have a 90 day refill pending for, waisting even more time.No one at the pharmacy answers the phone and are rude and dismissive in person.Such a bad, unpleasant, and after this weekend without medication, PAINFUL experience, I'm moving ALL of my & my child's perscription from cvs.

Ordered a canvas print online with same day in-store pick up. Got the picture primed on a rolled-up piece of canvas, not assembled on the frame. No help in trying to rectify the problem, no apology for it being wrong. And it wasn't even the same-day service promised on the web. Do not go here for photo services. Or better yet, don’t offer photo services if you can’t do the work.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Staff is rude and incompetent. Took seven customers for shots ahead of me while I was waiting (in line for second time) for pharmacist to approve the prescription to check out. Then was asked to wait in line yet again for third time, behind six people. After an hour of waiting I had to leave and never did get my prescription. Absolutely awful experience!

The pharmacists don't answer the phone. The lines are too long at the pharmacy and they cost too much. I had to transfer to Amazon pharmacy because it's easier and a lot cheaper.

No working service for money gram, the manager is no professional, just screaming in his office, He explains that he does not have money to deliver a shipment, I recommend not visiting that store

As I write this I have been on hold for 30+ mins to talk to the pharmacy. This is not to mention the 45+ mins that I was on hold last night, before I eventually had to go into the store itself to talk to someone about transferring my medication, which I was told I had to wait till today(the next day) because the store was closing (they still had 30 mins before they closed). So I have had to go a full day trying to get my medication because they will not pick up the phone, or be helpful.

The price is way too much.. 10 dollars for a mother's Day balloon that's just inflated and will pop? Though this store is awesome, customer service is AMAZING
