The IVR says you can leave a message for pharmacy requesting a call back (there’s NO way to reach a human), but then the IVR does everything possible to prevent you from actually leaving a message! This is RIDICULOUS! There are times that automation does NOT work and a customer NEEDS to speak w/the pharmacist!

No one answers the phone when I call the phone just ring ring ring Update six months later now I can’t even call the CVS to speak to anyone. I thought it was bad at 2601 Columbia pike but it’s much worse at 3301 Columbia Pike store . A Change is going to come, yes me leaving CVS to someone else .
