I have dealt with a lot of different CVS pharmacies across the country and have hated every experience. But the gentleman pharmacist and the two women I’ve talked to working at this location have been nothing but so helpful and kind. My medications have had issues with shortages, back orders, wrong scripts, sent to wrong locations, etc and I know they’re stretched thin with less employees to back the pharmacy. They have tried everything they can on their end and have been so helpful in finding alternatives and guiding me to get the correct things. I think they deserve the kindness and praise for their hard work in the face of a lot of pressure and dwindling resources. I can’t even imagine how stressful it is to work in the pharmacology field, especially with how many medications and people are dealing with shortages.

I have just moved and needed to pick up a prescription. I had it sent to this location. When I went to pick it up, the pharmacist was on the phone with a patient, on speaker phone. In those few minutes I learned the patient's name, her date of birth, what medication she was on, and it's dosage. She also asked a question about her father's medication, so I learned his name, date of birth, and what medications he was on, and their dosage. I am certainly not going to entrust my PII and health information with a company that clearly doesn't care about HIPAA violations.

This pharmacy has filled three of my prescriptions and given me the wrong medications two of three times. Worst of all, when I caught their mistake and asked them to fix it, the first time they gave me sass and told me I was overreacting and the second time it took 3 staff members to figure out how to fix it and resolve the issue.

Employees here are INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!!!! Don’t EVER place a pick-up order here!!!!They refused to refund my 50 cent bag fee on an online pick-up order—online says the bag fee is refundable upon pick-up. Employees continued to refuse a refund for something so simple. Other CVS stores have no problem refunding the bag fee, since most people bring their own bags. I don’t understand why these CVS employees are so scummy.

0 stars. Called in for a prescription and spoke with Alex Melese the pharmacist. He did not know how to look up the prescriber ID and claimed he is making the prescription to be "suspicious". I am shocked by his lack of competence and even worse, unprofessional behavior towards healthcare workers. Will be escalating this to his supervisors. Its likely the same person others have complained about. Surprising this person still works here.

First off, how do you not have a pharmacy open 24/7 in this high market area? You would think all the high rents and mortgages around here would warrant around-the-clock availability for your medical/prescription needs. There's little to no parking here, so you're always worried about getting a ticket if you're running in and out. My prescription came in the night before, and when I got there at opening, it wasn't available and they told me to wait 10 mins. 20 mins later, I'm still waiting. Computers aren't working, things are beeping behind the counter, they need to get their sh... together. You would think someone would get in a little earlier to have pending prescriptions ready sooner, but I guess that's today's society. Life can wait as death approaches.

Pharmacist manager is rude and doesn't know OTC medicine laws that all other pharmacies in the area abide by. Terrible service. Try a Walgreens

The guy working at the Pharmacy(tall, older Indian gentleman) was incredibly rude, unhelpful and would not listen to what we said when trying to fill our dogs prescription. He refused to fill it, and when another employee stepped in to help us, he repeatedly told her to “not worry about it” and that there are “other customers that need help”. Another customer in line also stated that they have refused to fill her dog’s prescriptions here as well. The employee helping us spoke with our vet to straighten things out, to which our vet immediately called us and suggested we take our business elsewhere(which we are) due to this CVS always “giving them the run-a-round” and refusing to work with them.

The rewards showing on my CVS account do not show up when I visit this store and use my extra care card. The employees are very unhelpful in resolving problems. One employee was trying to con me into upgrading my extra care membership to a paid membership and was doing it in a used car salesman way. I'm really getting tired of this chain completely but this store is terrible.

I'm honestly glad that UHC no longer works with CVS. This pharmacy is two blocks away from my place and the interaction I had today trying to check up on a prescription transfer with the pharmacy means I won't be going in as a retail customer either. In fact, I am now looking forward to going out of my way to do business elsewhere. (speaking of which, I'm surprised there's been very little communication on the part of CVS or UHC that they're not covered anymore, but that's on UHC as well I guess)Whoever picked up the phone at the pharmacy counter today was extremely rude and impatient with me, and either gave me incorrect information about the transfer, or they did it incorrectly, because my transfer never got where it had been sent.Funnily enough, when I told my fiance about the interaction I had on the phone, she shook her head and said "I know *exactly* which lady you were talking to. I've had to deal with her before."I know CVS is pretty much always understaffed and overworked, and customers often do things incorrectly or ask d*** questions, but don't take it out on them or automatically assume idiocy, please. Especially after taking over 24 hours to send a prescription transfer.
