Not surprised this CVS has such bad reviews. I just called the number on google and followed the prompt to say that I am a patient and would like to speak to the pharmacy staff and the pharmacist answered the phone and was very rude saying that this is the doctor line and she has an actual doctor on the phone and hung up. I called again and she again said that this is the doctors line very rudely and I said they should fix the number on google and she started yelling saying "this is the doctors line i know my doctors line". I hung up and decided not to give them my business anymore.

They don't open until 11am on Sundays, which is fine. However, they don't bother to answer the phone to provide assistance or answer questions. Instead, the "on hold" music and CVS messaging play on repeat for as long as you are willing to waste your time.

I rarely have anything bad to say, and I try to avoid giving bad reviews. However, this CVS was the worst. The customer service at the pharmacy specifically, was horrible. I had a time sensitive prescription and they said it would be filled. I never received a call that it was ready, so I called 3 times and spoke to 3 different pharmacists. They said they'd fill my order. I waited another WEEK, and finally had enough. I went in person and asked why it hadn't been filled when it had been over 2 weeks and I needed it desperately. The pharmacist working nonchalantly told me they couldn't fill that specific medication so I'd need to call my doctor, or they could transfer it to a location 20 miles away if I had a car (which I don't)... very unprofessional. A good pharmacists would have called and conveyed that information early on, so I could make different plans.. I would not recommend this place.

Pharmacy made me get my ID for Claritin and then made me wait in line again. Rude unprofessional and unhelpful just go to a different cvs

I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with the customer service here. If I could give negative stars I would. They claim to be 24 hours but we attempted to walk in about half an hour ago to grab some vitamins that my husband desperately needed. NOT prescriptions...just over the counter vitamins. There were FOUR employees on the clock. THREE of them were busy smoking out front. The only employee actually WORKING was one special woman who was working her a** off doing inventory. To that woman...I LOVE you! To the rest...I cannot believe you still have a job.

Don't go here if you want to scan photos. The person working there told me that he's been there since January and he's never seen it work. What's the point of having a scanner of it doesn't work? CVS doesn't care. I also called their number to file a complaint. But if it's been 8 months it won't matter if I called corporate. CVS only cares about pharmacy business because that's what makes money.

This store has poor customer service and is not safe. I have been accosted by homeless men asking for money. There was a guy loitering and rolling around in his wheelchair in the tiny parking lot, which made drivers concerned about running him over. The South Asian night clerk does not seem to care or help with purchases. When he can't help me, which is often, he tells me to come back the next day. The other day, the Budweiser vendor blocked the entire parking lot, so no one could park in any of the spots in front of the store. The vendor guy was not unloading any merchandise but was camped out in the parking lot doing mysterious and probably illicit things in his Budweiser truck. He had not even bothered to lower the loading ramp. When I asked him to move, he screamed at me and confronted me to my face 3 times. He yelled at me to go around him when I was trying to park! His rage issues made me believe that he was on something. The South Asian night clerk who was with me said and did nothing. I left fearing for my safety. I called CVS Corporate and was told the District Manager would call me within 48 hours. The District Manager never bothered to call me back and it's four weeks later! This store and its invisible District Manager really do not care about any of it customers.
