Lovely store, large selection of beautiful items, nicely organized. Helpful and attentive staff. My main complaint is the parking. I ordered a curb side pickup item, but there was no where to park but in the garage, where I paid $6 for twelve minutes of parking! Most garages are free under fifteen minutes, or have a curb side pickup location outside the garage. Also, it was not clear where I should park for curb side pickup. Even though I said I was there right before entering the garage, my phone didn't work in the garage, so I ended up having to inside anyway. There were no designated curb side parking spots with numbers, so I don't know how they would have found my car. I would not do a mobile order from here again because $6 is unreasonable, and I don't think they actually offer curb side pickup.

Had a problem with the wrong glasses being packaged in a box we were transporting to Florida. Tried corporate customer service and a couple of employees at the store to resolve our problem but they could not. We were transfered to the manager in the Arlington Store who immediately made things right. This is one well managed store for sure.

Joyce just helped me over the phone. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend shopping at this store. She helped me order a backordered item and get it delivered. So appreciated!

I cannot express enough how amazing I’m an experience I had shopping at crate and barrel. My sales associate Mariah was absolutely phenomenal, she went above and beyond to make my purchase special! I was back and forth on a few options and Mariah personally made multiple 3-D layouts of what my space could look like based off of my selection, which was so beyond helpful! The store itself is absolutely beautiful, and thoughtfully laid out. The quality of the product is amazing, and the delivery service team were so quick and professional. Will be getting all my future furniture from Mariah at Crate ! Highly highly recommend!

Visited the store in Clarendon on 28th July to purchase a lamp for my Son who had just moved to Arlington. Sales assistant didn't know how to use the terminal and place an order, had to change terminals 3 times due to system lagging. Finally placed order on terminal but system froze at transaction, she called for a "supervisor" whose knowledge wasn't much better, supervisor said best thing to do was reboot the system and assured me that the order would not have gone through. Redid entire transaction again and after 25 mins finally placed order. Five days later my son received two identical lamps and on checking my account they had taken two payments. Contacted the store and they said we had to return the lamp to them (despite it being their error) refund would be processed on receipt of lamp. Lamp sent back day after delivery and here we are 3 weeks after they received the lamp into their warehouse with no refund. My son has been attempting to phone the store who are frankly very unhelpful, no apology and no up to date tracking system on returns and he was put on hold for over 30 mins trying to speak to a Manager. Shocking customer care, poorly trained staff and no follow up, NEVER AGAIN!!

Lots of staff who are helpful, but you can also wander around and try things yourself. Most of the furniture can be customized. They have a 15 discount if you have just moved to the area.

I don’t recommend placing an order for store pickup/ship to store as I was given someone else’s order (that I walked all the way home with). I called immediately to tell them (in the hopes they wouldn’t give my order away) and the next day, when I brought back the wrong item, I learned mine had been, in fact, given away. Now, I get to make a third trip back to this store to (hopefully) finally get my order.

Please fix the escalator squeaking. I would spend longer in the store and buy more stuff if it wasn't making a continuous squeaking/ringing. Excellent store otherwise, helpful staff and nice stock

Nice store. Bathroom/restroom fixtures need to be replaced with fixtures in line with crate and barrel decor. Pleasant staff.

The store is clean and the staff friendly but I am frustrated by their return policy. I bought a gift card as a house warming present for someone but I ended up not needing it. When I tried to return it two days later I was told it was unreturnable. This was surprising because I had once returned a gift card to them before. According to the phone line help desk, apparently there was a recent change in policy so you can no longer return the card. He clarified that if I had bought the card online he could help me but the store wouldn't accept the return... I will be much more cautious when buying things from here in the future.

Location always has what I need in stock. Free validated parking in garage. Convenient location
