Super helpful staff at the tire center. They got the job done from ordering my full set of tires to installing them within 48 hours. I am very impressed. They were slammed, too, but I still received great customer service and had all of my questions answered. I really appreciate that they made the tire replacement process as painless as possible and I hope the corporate office recognizes what a great staff they have here by rewarding them. The tires feel great - so happy I went with this Costco for the job.

Being constantly berated about upgrading to an executive membership as I’m trying to check out is making me want to cancel my membership I currently have.
Every. Single. Time. I go to check out I have to have to deal with pitch after pitch from the staff.
They’re pushier than used car salesmen in there.

If you can't trek out to Chantilly, this Pentagon City location is a great weekly / monthly staple for your bulk grocery needs. Though they aren't the largest location they manage to stock a lot and remain consistent with the space they have.

While shopping a your Cisco store in Arlington, Virginia, I experienced very bad service. I wanted to purchase a picnic table and in doing so, I requested help from customer service, who said that I would need to get a flat cart. I explained to her that I could not find a cart. She then said that I need to find a employee waring a red vest in the area where the picnic tables were located. I found a employee who also said that I need to get a flat cart. I indicated to him that I looked, but none were available. So, I left to pick up other items and while paying for my items, I asked the cashier if she could help me. I explained to her my situation and another employee came over to me and said that I would need to find a flat cart. I looked again for a cart to no avail. I then went back to customer service and asked if someone could help me. Customer service said there was nothing they could do until I find a cart. So, once again, I looked around everywhere, but no cart. Finally another customer service employee came to where I was and asked the employee that checks receipts to call the employee that is in charge of the carts and flat beds, to find a flat cart and bring it inside for me. I took the flat cart to the picnic table area where I asked employee (John) to help me load the picnic table and at that time, Costco Manager(Kevin) also came to assist. Kevin came with me to complete my purchase and also, Kevin helped me to load the picnic table in the bed of my truck. Because of not getting the help I needed in the be, it took me over an hour to purchase a picnic table and a three small items. I'm sorry to say, but, as a member of Cosco, this is unacceptable

I stopped going to this Costco a long time. Unfortunately this store customers are mostly from DC using tax exemption forms from embassies and they hold up the lines constantly because there only like 3 lines open that are not self serve. I won't stand in line for an hour for that. Better off going out to Springfield for quicker service.
