Wed at 3pm, been here 30 minutes without anyone asking what I need. Only one attendant serving the desk, five people waiting. Printer not working and that's apparently holding up service. Seems there should be more attention paid to customers. Service to install two new tires took 1 hr 45 min. which isn't bad.
Update: Visited on a Sunday AM. This time 8 people waiting in line. Jeez.

1 Star - Extremely Disappointing Experience
I had a terrible experience at the Costco Tire Center recently. I went in to get the tires on my Chrysler Pacifica replaced, but they couldn’t even figure out how to remove the wheel locks. They claimed that the wheel key was damaged and told me to go elsewhere to get the locks cut off. I even went through the trouble of ordering new keys, thinking that would solve the issue. But when I returned with the new key, they still couldn’t remove the locks!
What’s worse is that the tire technician was incredibly dismissive, bluntly telling me, “I told you to get them cut off at a local tire shop.” Really? They’re supposed to be the tire experts, not me! After all this hassle, I decided to take my business elsewhere and went to the Chrysler service center. Guess what? They were able to remove the wheel locks using the old key—no new key required. I wasted $40 bucks on overnight shipping of the new wheel key.
This experience just proves how lacking Costco Tire Center is in both expertise and customer service. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for their inability to do their job. I will never go back there again and strongly advise others to avoid this place if you want competent service and respect as a customer.

Very very poor service. I came in with a flat tire at 12 in the afternoon. Came back at 3pm it wasn’t done. Came back again at 6 pm still not done. Extremely unprofessional

Great service, when they finally get to it. The folks working at the center are great - very considerate, professional, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the system supporting them is far less so. I've gone a few times for various needs, and they are chronically understaffed. The poor folks in the reception always have a huge line, multiple phones ringing, etc. From start to finish it was more than two hours for a simple tire rotation and balance. Took more than three hours to replace tires on another occasion. My strong recommendation - either schedule fewer appointments or hire more people.

Called three times to check what tires they had in stock. The first two times the phone just rang and it went back to menu options. Finally, a representative picked up the phone to put me on hold for an hour and a half. Unlike Costco to have poor service. Would not recommend using this location

They don't answer the phone, so it is hard to get a tire repaired under their "free" road hazard protection. Guess I'll go pay a local garage to fix it.

The price is right and the staff are friendly. Brittny is a true professional and very friendly, but I echo the common complaint here...costco needs to hire more sales/front desk staff so Brittny can lead and the techs can, tech.

The employees are professional and kind, but there is no one regularly working at the front desk and it seems to take forever standing in line before someone can help you. I went in for the free tire rotations service that comes when you buy your tires at Costco. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left it was about three hours.this was in the middle of the day on Tuesday.

I appreciate the price and the service, but the management is very poor. It took me 30 minutes to check in my car even though I had an appointment, and another 30 minutes to just pick it up. There was only 1 person at the front desk!

I had an excellent experience at this Costco location. I needed two tires changed due to damage, and Yasser helped me figure out which ones would be best. They also fit me in quickly. But then they found another nail in a third tire, called me, and asked me if I could drop by to see the damage and consider changing all four to save money (there was a discount on 4 tires). Ms. Brittany explained the problem, confirmed with me twice if I was comfortable moving forward, and then proceeded to help me get a discount on a new set of tires. For reference I drive a mazda CX5 and the dealership would’ve charged me almost 1k. I got my tires for 800.i really appreciate the help from the center and for their kindness.

Seems there are a couple of decent people here but overall the vibe is one of going through the motions. Not a lot of care went into the install but I guess they are just tires. Could have at least wiped down the rims. Hard to beat the prices, however.To add that after I washed my car I found black marks on the rims that had to be scrubbed off and definitely weren’t there before the install. We’re clearly made by the machinery used to install the tyres as were in the same place on all four rims. There was an area also of significant damage but I can’t equivocally say this was from the install so I can only give benefit of the doubt.
