Went to them with a simple request to swap out a part. Got charged a $45 diagnostic fee to tell me the problem was with that part. yes I know that already; I told you that! Then, after being charged fifty bucks to parrot back to me what I already told them, they wanted more than the price of the machine brand new to swap out the part. So apparently their only purpose is to collect bogus diagnostic fees. I know they don't work for free, but there's no reason to go somewhere that charges you money just to leave you back where you started to begin with.

I had a laptop that was used mostly for school. I stopped using it after graduating with my undergraduate degree. Problems include cleaning (keyboard and mouse), processing performance, sound card issue, and charger cable (not functioning properly).At first I was skeptical. After receiving their service, I can say it is acceptable. My mouse cursor on my laptop is now functional. Keyboard can click better albeit some keyboard function issues. My aux/jack port was a problem and not my sound card from what they diagnosed. Cord charger was not repairable.My hard drive was replaced and updated to Windows 10. My data content including photos and documents were transferred. They even gave me my old hard drive when I asked for it.Communication was mildly difficult because of a language barrier, but they were able to speak, communicate, and reciprocate in English well. I’m not a tech guy, but I did want a list of diagnoses for my computer. I got it at the end of my receipt as I stated earlier.The speedy repair was within 3-4 days (including the weekends).

Office was closed even though I went during regular business hours. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up./When I called about cost of repair I was told there would be no fee for estimate but when I dropped off printer for repair was charged $45./ They were unable to fix printer in time frame promised so I had to buy a new one. All in all it was a very bad experience.

I posted a prior review on google regarding a bad experience I had with this business. The merchant responded but the response included two factual errors: (1) The person I spoke to on the phone said nothing about a charge for an estimate; he just told me the total price for the repair job based on the error code on the printer. The fact that the price for an estimate may be posted on the CTI wall (whatever that is) in the shop is therefore totally irrelevant. (2) I have no idea what the merchant is talking about when it references the repair of two laser jet printers each $60 minus $45. The merchant must be thinking of another customer. Just wanted to correct the misinformation in the merchant's response.

I came to see whether I need to replace my battery or something simpler is the issue. Was charged $95 to INCORRECTLY say it was fine, then had to turn it back on myself and wait and see that indeed it was not charging and was not functioning.

We had a wonderful experience with this business! Brought my college son's laptop by as it had a broken key. Reza offered to look it over and he'd know more in an hour. He speculated that the entire keyboard might need to be replaced but couldn't be sure until he opened it for further inspection. We left the laptop, ran some errands, and 45 minutes later got a text that the laptop was ready. When we returned the key was fixed (was able to re-attach the broken key) and we weren't charged for the fix! First class and professional all the way. This small business gem is a bit hard to find (in a multi-story professional building) but we'll worth it and so nice to do business with a place like this vs. a big box repair establishment. We'll be back for our very next repair need, cracked screen, etc.

Computer Technology Inc was a lifesaver for me. Our hard drive crashed right before a Monday class I signed up for months ago. I called on a Sunday (when they are technically closed) and Bob answered. He sent Joe to pick up the computer from my home and take it in for repairs. They worked diligently Sunday evening and Monday morning to get my computer working and back to me in time for my class. The service was friendly and caring in that everyone I dealt with felt my frustration and acted to fix the problem as quickly as possible. They know what they are doing. I highly recommend Computer Technology Inc.

Beyond any expectations! Professional, fast and super inexpensive.I could not believe that I was asked to sit down and wait because the technician was repairing my computer while I was there! Kind and attentive owner of the business. While I was waiting, I read all their business awards hanging on the walls and found that the owner of the company, Mr. Reza, has a Master's degree in Science and Technology. Your equipment is for sure in the hands of HONEST and highly skilled hands. 100% satisfaction. My computer works and I am back to work! It took 30 min. for all! Best business. We’re able to save my data when my old Syx died. They are very responsive and will work hard to fix your computer issues. Will come and pick it up and deliver back to you which is a huge plus.
