The customer service in this establishment is impeccable. A few months ago I wanted to buy my wife flowers on a random Tuesday after I left the gym. I stopped by Company Flowers, but did not have my wallet and they did not take Apple Pay. The woman behind the counter, not only put together an amazing bouquet, but paid for it with her card and let me Venmo her the money. That is excellent customer service, and that is why they will have my business. Great job, Company Flowers.

I stumbled upon Flower Happy Hour on Saturdays from 4pm - 6pm (all flowers are half off) and had the best selection of flowers! I was impressed and the staff was so helpful!

I ordered online for next day delivery - choosing for the florist to determine arrangement & flowers based on what they had. The arrangement was delivered by 10:00 am, the flowers (variety in type & colors) were beautiful. The recipient (and myself) could not have been happier.

I’m in Florida and ordered a Christmas cactus by phone for my daughter and her family in Arlington to be delivered before Thanksgiving. It arrived as scheduled and they love it. See the photos pre-Thanksgiving and then 2 weeks later. I just ordered again for her birthday next week. The people are so nice and helpful and are now my go-to when ordering flowers and plants in the Arlington area.

Excellent experience all around. I called in to order 3 centerpieces for a celebration of life reception for a family member. I live in southern California and don't know much about Arlington, local florists, area in general, etc. The wonderful staff at Company Flowers was so helpful and guided me in the right direction. They designed and delivered (on time) 3 gorgeous center pieces. Everyone talked about the flowers at the reception. It made the space look beautiful and very special. Pictures attached. I highly recommend Company Flowers.

Nice, helpful young lady working at the register on Sat. Waited loooong time for help, so wandered around store looking for another employee. Approached an older lady from the side who was sitting at a table working there, I stood patiently next to her for a while, she finally looked up at me with this nasty, disgusted expression as if I was an insect she wanted to squash, obviously conveying I'm not welcome, then she looked down again, continued ignoring me. Based on that alone, won't be going back. Flowers bought were ok, not great, not terrible (pretty but slightly wilted). Plenty of other flower places in the area!
