I have been a loyal Cole Hann owner for many years. Unfortunately no more. They sold me shoes that were too large and then refused to take them back. Policy or not, they just lost a valuable customer to their competition.

Attentive staff and they gave me the sale price on shoes even though they were no longer supposed to be on sale. I would definitely buy again from this location.

I wore a pair of their shows MAYBE 15 times and the stitching came unraveled. I contact customer service and since it has been over a year (these are dress shoes - not daily shoes). IMO these shoes are trash. Not worth the price tag if their not going to stand behind their product.

Cole Haan has a great website, but I prefer to try on & buy my shoes in person. I love this location, the team is always welcoming and helpful. Michael is the best manager!!! During my last visit on 11 Feb 2023, I was assisted by Shawna.I like to study the shoes online, then buy in store. Support the physical stores :-)
