Had an excellent experience getting auto and renters insurance through Edwin. He got me the BEST rates I have seen anywhere (and I got quotes through all the big companies and other local agencies) and not once did he try to upsell me like so many of these other places do. It was SO refreshing to talk to someone who seemed like they had my best interests at heart. Plus he was friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you Edwin and CMR!

Cannot recommend CMR enough - Carlos guided me through the claims process of ANOTHER insurance company just to make sure I was helped through the process as it was a complicated situation. They had the best rates too - I would recommend calling them directly, as in my case they were able to get me discounts resulting in a much better rate than online quotes.

Having dealt with Carlos for several years now I was not surprised when I was involved in auto accident that he and Erie Insurance immediately took over and totally took care of everything for me.Carlos has always been extremely helpful.

I just moved to the Arlington area and came across CMR when looking for new auto insurance. Edwin was extremely responsive over both email and phone, answered all of my questions, and made the process as stress-free as it could be.

Carlos Ruiz needs to be more professional. He literally asked me to leave his company just because I decided to my have my personal car insured with another company and my husband's car insured with him. The way he talked to me was unacceptable.

I have been trying to reach Carlos for the past seven months. I leave voicemails and he wouldn't return my calls. I recently got my work van broken into and lost all my tools. I am trying to have a converstaion with my insurance agent (Carlos) but he is never available.I am disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of professionalism of Carlos and the insurance company.

When my previous insurance company doubled the rate on my homeowners I knew it was time to shop for more affordable coverage. Rather than go through an extended drill of contacting multiple companies directly I decided to work through an agent. CMR Insurance Agency did a great job locating a new provider, Erie Insurance, at a rate that was actually lower than the rate I had been paying my former provider BEFORE THEIR INCREASE! CMR also located better, more affordable auto insurance at the same time. This was accomplished in a most friendly, professional manner and was absolutely painless. I couldn't be more pleased. I survived the shock of an enormous rate increase from my previous provider and came out of it with much better coverage at a much lower cost. I am a happy camper. Thank you, CMR Insurance Agency!

Prompt, relevant and friendly responses to questions and changes. What else could one ask for? Edwin Beltram walked me comfortably through the process and options for auto, home, and excess liability insurance. He was not at all hesitant to discuss differences in coverage between Erie and my previous coverage - some of which favored Erie and some of which did not. Overall, Erie’s coverage is relevant and appropriate m, and at a very much lower cost. Based on this experience, I would enthusiastically recommend CMR agency and Erie Insurance.

Being an Eerie customer/member has been a great experience for me so far! I had Geico as my previous insurance and I've had way better service in Eerie compared to Geico. Eerie has really helped situations where I'm not familiar with. They're very patient with any question I have to ask in order to understand the process. The times I would have to call and speak with an agent, its always helpful, smooth conversations. I never spoke with anyone that was just dull and did not care.
