Ridiculous to charge me $25 to clean a simple black raincoat that had only a little makeup around the collar. Plus when I wore it the first time afterwards, one of the buckles came right off in my hand. I'm looking around for a different place for next time.

Great experience - I had a pair of white pants with scuff marks, and they came out looking great. The staff were nice, and it was inexpensive ($7).

Do not bring your clothes here. My suit was damaged and the owners refused to take responsibility. If you do bring your clothes here, check them thoroughly before you leave.

I never write reviews but I'm not sure who owns this dry cleaner and I hope you read this. I have been going here for the past year and half since I moved to the area. today is my last time. the attendant there is the most rude unfriendly unkind person I have met. you really need a new person working there who can attend to customers with a friendly smil. Asian lady rolls her eyes every time you ask a question. speaks in the utmost rude manner. I don't mind paying more to have better servic. so this was my last time using your service for dry cleaning. thanks to your rude employee, good luck!

Had a wonderful experience after dropping off a jacket with a zipper issue that I was turned away for in other locations. The zipper was fixed earlier than expected and at a reasonable price. I returned with two pairs of jeans that needed altering and had the same pleasant interaction with the lovely woman who helped me before. This will be my go-to for any cleaning/alterations needs.

Dropped off a suit and dress shirt on a Monday morning and told it would be ready Thursday morning, which is also printed on the claim tag/receipt. Go to pick it up Thursday afternoon for an important event Friday and the woman behind the counter "Ms. Choi" (sp?) tells me she is new and it won't be ready until Saturday and she didn't know any better. So I had to borrow a suit, they straight up lied and breached the contract we had for completion date. And I'll never be back and suggest you go elsewhere too if you need your things when they are due/in a timely manner.
