I stopped at store to purchase a part for my dump truck. The salesman suggested and told me how to clean throttle body and suggested the GUNK throttle and intake cleaner and SEAFOAM for the gas tank. Took it for a spin. Hesitation gone. Power restored. WOW! That's why I've been going there for 40 years. THANKS GUYS !

Modest storefront, but stellar service. The guys were extremely helpful, including pulling one of the fuses from the car to determine it's size. Mind you, this was for a very minor purchase. I intend to go back for anything I ever need.

The people here are so nice! Anytime I come in with a car problem, someone offers to take a look at my car or go the extra mile in some other way. They never push me to buy anything. In fact, they've told me before to NOT buy something because they didn't think it would fix the problem. Prices are also very reasonable. It's a pretty small store. I've never gone in with the intention of buying model-specific parts, so I'm not sure what their inventory looks like. If they don't have something though, you can bet that they'll help you track it down.

The attendants were rude and did not seem to want to attend me. Other minorities in the store were also ignored while non minorities were attended as soon as they walked in the door. I hung around just to see if it kept on happening. It did. This is not typical behavior for an Arlington business. Not a good experience for hispanics and African Americans.
