“This is my second visit to this bank, and unfortunately, I deeply regret coming. The receptionist at the entrance asked if I was an American citizen, and when I said no, their attitude suddenly changed. They were not welcoming at all, and the customer service is absolutely terrible. I initially wanted to open an account here and transfer my salary based on recommendations from people around me, but it is definitely impossible for me to work with this bank. It was a complete disappointment.”

Staffs they are okay and friendly but their ATM Vestibule is not. I have been coming here for ATM service even before August 24th 2024 when this new policy was to take place and still not I not other customers could have access to the ATM after 5PM. This policy is totally not friendly to chase customers who finish work after 5pm (especially when they open at 9am) and who need cash in an emergency situation. If this new policy is placed for security reasons then a new policy needs to be enforced. One which will meet the needs of your customer and at the same time ensure security safety for the bank. Forcing customers to use different bank ATMs to get cash at an extra cost and use cash because they can’t deposit them after 5pm is totally not good for such a cooperate.

Great location (in the heart of Pentagon City-Pentagon Centre to be exact). If driving, parking may be challenging. Disappointed to travel here only to find out the ATM vestibule was locked. Noticed a sign stating the ATM vestibule will be keeping banker's hours effective 8/24/24. I thought access to the ATM was for convenience, but this upcoming set up is horrible. Disappointing.

Honestly am becoming not a fan of chase. I was promised a $200 bonus for opening up a savings account if I held my savings there in accordance with the ToC. After 90 days I saw that I STILL haven't gotten my bonus. They said it couldn't have been transferred and had to be "new money" when clearly the money i transferred was brand new money. I call that theft and using my high amount of savings for their own benefit which makes my blood boil.... Now it's taking them up to a month to investigate. *sighs in corporate banking*

Came in for a technical issue and the phone line client center had been disgusting wasting energy, days and several hours with hangups and deflection.However coming in to this branch, meeting Julian at the private client banker had been like a warm pad to resolve all of our concerns.Truly grateful for his help!
