BE AWARE!!!!!! They are a fraud that claim that are Chase employees and call to tell you that apparently “your card has been stolen and a transaction has been made” And they start asking about expiration dates and security numbers to “verify your card”.

This branch had lot of issues , Most of them are not knowledgeable, to open a checking and savings account . After giving all the documents . So disappointed.After finding a parking with difficulty.Bankers service is worst.

Truthfully I have a few mixed feelings about dealing with Chase bank, but I'm still giving it a 5 star review because of the excellent work of Jamar James. I was dealing with my deceased mother's estate and I was, admittedly, not the easiest of customers. But Jamar went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered and all of my banking needs were taken care of - including emailing me to give me status updates. I can't recommend Jamar highly enough. Thank you, Jamar!

Stay away from Aaron Bronstein. Had appointment with him but he did not know what was the appointment for. Was not prepared at all along with no desire to complete his duty at all. Just lazy unprofessional guy who is self centered with big ego.
