Hours are 9-5. Closed Saturday and Sunday and you can’t access the ATM. So if you work a normal 9-5 job you’ll never get to use the bank or ATM

Opened a business account a few days ago with Chase (Rosslyn, Arlington) and I received excellent service from Saif Sahawneh ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐. He was expeditious, inquisitive about my business, and personable.

The ATM used to be open 24/7 with card access, but has now changed to close at 5pm. This is the only Chase bank in this area and it’s extremely inconvenient for anyone who works 9-5. Ridiculous.

Had to go to the chase bank because I had some issues with my atm card! Everyone was very attentive and helpful. They even sent me a card in the mail! So nice.A tip from someone who took several spins around the block trying to find the entrance/location because google did not have an accurate pin: it’s right across the street from the compass coffee and next to the panera.

Don’t go here, I had the absolute worst experience with this branch and will not be back. The employees were friendly(they sent me a thank you card signed by all staff) as others have mentioned but being friendly doesn’t make up for the utter incompetence they showed. I came in for a simple update to my middle initial on my account (brought all required legal docs with me). Even with my current license and social security card they kept asking for my old license, I questioned the legality of carrying 2 licenses with different names).It took an act of Congress to get that done. And once they said it was complete I told the bank employee it was still showing incorrect on my account. She assured me it was updated. I waited 5 days and it was still wrong on my account. Also when my replacement card arrived it was still wrong. I honestly wanted to close my account with Chase due to the hassle and incompetence.I ended up having to call Chase customer service to make the needed updates to my account and send me a corrected debit card. If the staff had better training I think this branch location could be great. But until that day comes I won’t be back to this Chase branch.

This bank is very unprofessional. The managers choice of words & actions to the employees are disrespectful and unprofessional. The other employees are unprofessional as well. Its very noticeable that they treat certain employees like an odd ball with no respect . If i could give zero stars i would . They need a whole new staff.

A new Chase Bank branch at Pentagon City 710 12th St S Unit 107, Arlington, VA 22202 offers terrible service by inexperienced bankers with snooty attitude. After six consecutive visits I was not able to open a basic checking account. By comparison it took only half an hour to open an account in another bank that offered far superior service.

Won't come to this branch again. Staff make everything so complicated and one of them, Syed Islam, is the most condescending and patronizing "private banker" I dealt with. Hard pass

Don't go to this branch. After finally finding an employee that was competent enough to help us, he won't stop calling. We met him once and months later he still calls me and my wife.You're a bank, I don't need check-in calls to see how I'm doing.

The employees in the Chase are friendly but they are too slow and complicated. I take around 30 min to get withdrawal and i dont understand they need second ID which take so much time for me.
