I'm I'm settling my father's estate and the manager at this branch has been extremely helpful in managing the extremely large Chase banking system. His name is Wua Zawolo and I can't recommend him highly enough.

Hello everyone and to wonderful Chase team. I am using different name here, but I still feel that at least this is what I can do. (They do not accept any gifts from customers even a coffee 😥). I am from Korea, and I was a student, but recently experienced a bad fraud call.
I really want to say thank you very much Chase! On July 17th, I visited this branch because I came very close to falling victim to a scam. It was an incredibly high-pressure situation. Around 3 PM while I was still on the call and must have looked a mess - I had been packing my stuffs to move out so I was sweating. I felt so sorry for myself messy and stinking; however, no one in Chase manager and staff members treated me bad. They knew I was in panic and treated me so well. They are professionals and saved my money and my day with professional steps and calmed me down at the same time. I cannot explain what happened to me on that day, but I want to say this whoever reads my review. “PLEASE TRUST CHASE AND THEIR TEAM. FBI? POLICE? IF THEY SAY SOMETHING RELATED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT OR MONEY, VISIT CHASE AND ASK FOR HELP.” I still remember that day when I wanted to say thank you again so I visited this branch again. The handsome manager said “We did what we need to” kind like this. Please tell Chase everything if you are facing something related with your money even someone pushing you not to tell anyone (could be fake FBI). I’m not fluent in English, but his word really made my day. Also I deeply and sincerely appreciate the three manager and staff members who helped me when I was in panic. (Two people from bank counter and One person from consultation area the very first left side of the entrance) Thank you very much Chase! I wish I could give 100 stars for this review.
Love you Chase and thank you so much managers and staff members who helped me on that day even I was messy and stinky. I am very sorry and appreciate your professional and immediate measures!

I had a great experience at this branch few weeks ago. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure all my banking needs were taken care of efficiently. The branch is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely continue banking here. Highly recommended!
Even though it was a small transaction and I’m not one of their high-end clients, they still took the time to send me a thank-you letter. That kind of attention to detail really stood out.

Went in to make a deposit and also wound up exchanging for some euros while I was there. It was quick and staff was super courteous. There’s also plenty of parking. The only downside is the atm vestibule has a really bad smell sometimes and the machine itself is kind of slow and there’s only one. Not a dealbreaker but noticeable after having been to other locations that have newer machines that are quick and take more bills at one time.

I went to this branch to get my first credit card - I met with Diego. Lovely customer service. Called me in advance to let me know what documents I needed to carry. Once I was in his office, explained each product in detail and helped me make my choice. Overall a smooth process. Great people - good place to bank!

Extremely disappointed with the service I received at Chase Bank. Not only was the staff unable to assist me with my issue, but the manager didn't even bother to speak with me to try to find a solution. The lack of effort to resolve my problem was shocking. The customer service was abysmal, and I left feeling frustrated and ignored. Definitely considering taking my business elsewhere.

I have never had a bad experience at this branch! They are always smiling and kind. They help me as quickly as possible and answer any question I may have. Some of the best banking service and service in general that I’ve had.

I was surprised to find so many bad reviews. I recently moved to the area and this has hands down been the best chase branch I have ever experienced (DC/VA/NY/CT). It has a local bank feel and that is due to the amazing team. Had an exceptionally great experience with Wua and Jonathan today. The first time I came here I believe Jorge helped me and was also so kind and went above and beyond.
I’m so happy to have this chase branch in my new neighborhood!

The card reader that opens the door doesnt work. Things work when you charge membership fees but they dont when I want to withdraw mymoney? Idiots
