We take our dog and cat to this vet and have always had positive experiences! The vets are friendly and explain things thoroughly when needed. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The vet techs seem to really care about the animals. Overall, they are also upfront about pricing and costs.
Our dog fights really hard when it's time for shots or a nail trim, but the staff here is patient and helpful when he is being a wild man. Special shout out to Mimi who was so kind and thoughtful when helping give our dog his shots and care. She definitely helped keep him as calm as possible to minimize stress.

My husband and I want to express our deep gratitude for the incredible care provided by Dr. Masterson and the staff at Caring Hands Animal Hospital on S. Glebe Rd. During a profoundly difficult time, they showed extraordinary kindness, compassion, and patience as we said goodbye to our beloved cat Luna.
The entire team took the time to ensure we felt supported, allowing us the space we needed to process our decision. Their understanding and empathy made an unbearable situation a little more bearable.
We are eternally grateful for the gentle care they extended not just to our cat, but to us as well. Their willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference in our final moments together. Thank you for your kindness and for honoring our cat’s memory with such compassion. We are eternally grateful.

we got there with our sick cat but they couldn't recieved us cause ultrasound is broken & they were crowded..but they agree to check vitals of our cat, tech kalifoan Carr wad so nice & kind to our cat . 2 stars only for that texk

I have taken my pets to Caring Hands Animal Hospital - Arlington for years. I was there the other day for routine shots and bloodwork for my dog. As always, the staff was professional, efficient, caring and friendly. Love and trust CHAH Arlington!!

I can't say enough good things about Caring Hands Animal Hospital of Arlington! Our experience with the care provided for Misha and Zoro has been outstanding. The veterinarians are incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, always taking the time to thoroughly explain everything to ensure we feel comfortable and informed about our pets' health.The entire staff at Caring Hands is equally impressive—attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. They consistently go the extra mile to make sure Misha and Zoro are well taken care of, giving us great peace of mind knowing they're in such good hands. If you're looking for a vet that truly cares about your pets' well-being, I highly recommend Caring Hands Animal Hospital of Arlington. We wouldn't trust our pets' care to anyone else!

I only trust caring hands with any dog i bring in. I worked there for a while and loved the environment and the work ethic. The doctors and staff listen to what my dogs need since mine can be challenging sometimes and they do an amazing job with making sure my dogs are all treated well and properly

We loved our experience at Caring Hands of Arlington! All the personnel were friendly and very kind and caring to our dog, Peaches. They explained everything they were doing before doing it which we really appreciated! Our dog can be very anxious and they worked around that perfectly. Highly recommend this vet practice! Caring Hands was a godsend for me today, one of the worst days of my life. My beautiful, wonderful boy died and they were with me every step of the way. So caring and kind, even though it was a nightmare day (test results coming in from other clinics late, plus we had just moved to the area). They talked me through everything, gave me so much time and support. The people there are wonderful and first rate. Arlington is lucky to have this group.
