I have a so called business spark card with a so called no preset spending limit!It is the second worse card in my wallet!I am not sure why they advertise for customers!You are pretty much an after thought!I have 5 Amex cards with no limit!And they truly are no limit cards!If you need a real business card, this ain’t it!We also get declined all the time when we try to use it!We have the highest credit rating possible!This company just sucks if you need a card that you need to use!You can’t depend on them.

Worst customer service all my life is capital one but this is the first time bad service at this brunch special the manager name Nyma Ghaus is very bad attitude and gave me incorrect information and even she can’t solve the problem and she do not fit her position and the branch is very slowest service ever and spend my time never solve my problem and I left

The most UNHELPFUL branch of any bank I've ever been to. I've visited twice. Can't even get the question out, before they tell you that you have to do whatever it is online. What exactly is the point of a brick and mortar location, if that's the case??? The bank as a whole, does not seem to have the best "online" account managers either, because I've found errors with my account, that I've had to bring to their attention. Get it together, Capital One.

Passed by the Bank this morning August 16th 2021, and received the worstcustomer service... was giving a signed check by my customer in which I filled in my name, the bank customer service representative requested to call my client to verify and after they verified the info I proceeded to cash the check with the teller in which he refused to cash the check saying I had to have a profile with the Bank... NEVER again will I be walking in this bank again!!!!!

Worst customer service ever at this branch Crystal City VA, I called to get info to open an account. Demian the "account ambassador" gave me incorrect info to open the account and I ask to speak with an account specialist. Waited for 40 min never got transfered to the correct representative. I called another branch, explained my situation and all my questions were answered correctly.

When did full service become NO SERVICE? They had two tellers and noone else. Put my name on the "list" thinking maybe someone was in a back room. After waiting 15 minutes thinking someone would at least acknowledge my existence asked a teller--who said I would have to wait until everyone in line had been serviced. At no time while I am standing there did either teller say anything.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large bank (for the area). Not busy at all on a Thursday morning. Ms. Harriett (normally at Rosslyn location) was very kind and helpful. Thank you! Came in to open a kids savings account. Capital one is excellent for an online bank, so if you come in and something can be done online, expect them to help you do it online, vice doing it for you. Worth coming in for the kid to learn about banks.

I would prefer putting one tenth of a star. My wife and I went in to open an account. In the process we gave a $100 bill as a deposit to the young lady who was helping us. She said we didn't need to fill out a deposit slip and she never gave us a receipt. I forgot about the receipt because she wanted us to set up a deposit connection with another bank account of ours outside of Capital One. We were in the bank for an hour or more. Afterwards we kept checking online to see if the funds were showing up in the account. Now 5 weeks later the money is still missing. I have spoken on the phone and written to the manager and to others who knew nothing about the event. Also, the security footage has been observed by the bank and the manager is saying that they don't see me pulling money out of my wallet at all. They are not defending me as a victim of a theft but rather they are defending their female employee who took the money from my hands. I can't believe that the whole crew at Capital One has managed to steal $100 from my wife and me! We work in non-profit and are not made of money. I'm ashamed to be complaining like this but I am even more ashamed of Capital One Bank in Crystal City!
