I have to give a HUGE shout out to BRYN KEITH. I went to Bryn to get a bespoke tux for my wedding. From the consultation call to the final pick up, Bryn was passionate about making sure I looked my best for my big day. Bryn is meticulous about his fabrics and fits and works with the customer to realize their vision. He has great advice about dos and don'ts. Going to Bryn's shop is also a whole experience. Some shops you go to feel stuffy or cold, but Bryn's warm personality and comfortable shop makes you feel like you are chilling with a long lost, but found, family member. Bryn is "my suit guy" for as long as I'm in the area, and probably beyond. 5/5 all day.

Bryn provides an experience. He's truly a master of his craft. As advertised, from the visit to the final product, everything about the experience is tailor to the client and their personality. Bryn takes such great care to assess client needs that my appointment felt therapeutic. His charming personality overlays his brilliance in a way that makes his expertise conversational.His patience is uncanny! Despite his extensive experience, he coached me to what I wanted instead of telling me. Unless it was a key decision point, he let me lead the selections and then explained the nuances. I felt like I was the one making decisions even though I had little idea what I was doing.Bryn communicates with the compassion of a non-condescending connoisseur. Being a student of leadership, I also highly appreciated the way Bryn cultivates a culture of psychological safety and inclusion desperately needed in society and particularly in today's organizations.

He is my Brother in law favorite tailor. So, my beloved wife decided to get me a blue tux for my birthday. It was exactly what I wanted. Hands down better than my Everett Hall tux I get for my wedding.

In July of 2016, about 8 weeks before my wedding I decided that getting a suit at Macy's wasn't for me (also the look on my fiancee's face told me that she didn't want me a Macy's suit). I used google to find a place where I could get a custom suit. This would be my first custom suit. I don't wear suits for work so this would be completely new to me. I scheduled an appt for a Saturday afternoon and showed up at Bryn Keith in jeans and a t shirt. I was nervous walking into a custom suit place in work clothes but I was treated unbelievably. The entire process was not only fantastic but a lot of fun. Bryn took the time to get to know on a personal level and no detail was too small. He asked me a lot of questions throughout the process and being new to it I kept saying "I trust you". Best decision ever. The suit fit perfectly. I'm not saying I looked better than my wife on our wedding day...but....I looked, and more importantly felt good. My wife loved the suit and also the few extras that Bryn and I (mostly Bryn) came up with. I am wearing the suit again soon when my sister gets married and I don't know what I am more excited for. Her marrying an awesome guy, or me getting to wear the suit again. Two months after my wedding my wife and I moved away when I accepted a new job. I've been meaning to write this review for months. Since I my experience at Bryn Keith I find myself wishing to go back and get other clothes from him. Not just because of their quality, but because of the experience. I truly loved my experience there. And my wife and I are forever thankful for Bryn making our wedding day even more special than we imagined. I would and have recommended this store to every man, woman, and child I meet. Unbelievable place and Bryn is an incredible person.

After far too many years of wearing disposable and awful looking buy one get twelve free Jos A Banks suits, I decided to try custom. I chose Bryn Keith for my first custom experience and I couldn't be happier. The service, fit, quality, and experience simply cannot be beat. Highly recommended!

Sitting around the table with my friends to make my suit was like a family gathering. I loved the one on one time I got with Bryn. I really recommend this place to anyone that wants outstanding and one of a kind customer service.

I have been coming to Bryn Keith for 3 years now and realized I had never written a review. I have been truly amazed at the quality, care, and attention to detail. I have had tuxedos, suits, and shirts made and each time they are absolutely amazing. The difference distinguishes me from suits bought at normal retail stores. The moment you step through the store, you feel like you are hanging with a old friend that knows your style better than you do. I wore a tux he made for my wedding and I had more compliments about the tux than I have ever heard for other grooms. If you go to his shop, I encourage you to let him be a designer and not just a clothier. His sense of style will perfectly blend your personality with a style that exceeds your your current boundaries. Be careful, once you have the Bryn Keith experience, you will never go back to anything not specifically made for you.

I very rarely leave reviews for anything online, but use them almost everyday, is that bad? Lol. Anyway, I had to leave a review for quite possibly the best customer service experience I've ever had. Backstory: I proposed to my then-fiance, now-wife back in April of 2013 and through the course of wedding preparations, decided that I wanted to have a tuxedo made fully bespoke. (I also needed to purchase a few business suits) Years of football and weightlifting had left me with a body that is incompatible with 95% of off-the-rack business and formal clothing. So, I began sampling custom clothiers all around the DC area, and my findings generally lacked the 'Experience' I was looking for. Most tailor shops were impersonal, unreasonably priced, or both. Enter Bryn: He's extremely personable, knowledgeable, accommodating, and took his time to get to know me. The best way to sum it up is that I felt like I was talking to a friend who was doing me a favor as opposed to a business owner selling me a product. During my first appointment in November 2013 at his shop, we discussed his offerings (virtually limitless), my personal style, and then all the necessary measurements were taken. Then I threw him a curveball: I was in the process of cutting bodyfat and informed him that I'd be significantly smaller by the wedding date (March 8, 2014). No sweat, he proposed several fittings over the course of the next few months and would tailor the suit to match the body composition changes. Over the course of those months I had an initial fitting, as well as two subsequent fittings, over which time I lost size in the waist/legs and gained in the back/arms. The tux and suits fit perfectly in each stage, which I thought was amazing. Fast forward to 3 weeks before my wedding, I realized I needed a new tuxedo shirt. I called Bryn, reluctantly because it was so last minute, and asked if he could possibly get one made for me in such a short time frame. Again, no problem, I received the shirt one week before my wedding, and of course it fit perfectly. This consistent level of service and quality of clothing is why I'll be calling on Bryn to provide all of my future custom clothing needs. He's top notch.
