I have asked Bruce to help me with a number of things over the past few years from repairing my wife's grandfather's antique radio, to cleaning the inside of some of my older solid state equipment, to in-home consultation on hi-fi and a potential home theater set-up. He's very knowledgeable and helpful.

We have a 20-year old Bose that stopped working a while ago. I tried to get it repaired with no luck. Everyone recommended that we buy a new wireless system instead. Then I found Bruce, who got it working perfectly again, much to our great delight. He also helped us update the way we control certain functions, including making custom switches for us. He’s fantastic to work with: knows so much about sound systems and is perfectly willing to research what he’s not familiar with. His fees are reasonable and fair, particularly, given the wide range of experience he brings to bear. Highly recommend Bruce - you will be happy with his results.

Bruce is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, totally responsive. He got my aged system up and running and suggested cost-effective replacements where repair was infeasible. I recommend him without reservation.

Mr. Wenger repaired my Rega turntable, replaced the cabling in the tonearm, fixed other problems, and set up the turntable. It sounds better than ever! He was very communicative regarding problems and in describing options. I am vey happy with the prompt, reasonably priced, and expert service he provided. I recommend BWS WITHOUT RESERVATION. The proprietor (Bruce) was able to resolve a complicated home stereo, multi-zone problem that "experts" from two other companies could not. His technical knowledge and tenacity will save you time and money. He is a true sound and stereo master and his fees are more than reasonable. OUTSTANDING
