Took my Canadian Honda Accord here last week to have a import inspection done, at request of Honda America to confirm compliance to USA FMVSS. Although the service team were unfamiliar with what was required, they accepted the task and said it would cost just 1 hour of labour. They did some research and completed the job as requested. It ended up taking them much longer than expected (4 hrs instead of 1 hr), but they only charged for 1 hour.

Went for an oil change and left with $2,000 worth of "recommendations" ranging from routine things that were checked less than 3 months ago and nonspecific things I've never heard of, hoping to take advantage of my ignorance about cars despite checking most boxes green on the inspection sheet. My recommendation is that you go somewhere more trustworthy.

My Honda needed a recall, I was not able to set up an appointment so I was not sure if they were able to help me but Zanoni from the service department made sure my vehicle was taken care of right away. He was very professional and had a great attitude so I felt like I had to give him a five star review just due too his great service!

Worst place to buy a car! I purchased a certified used cars ended up having problems but wouldn't do anything to fix it. Also terrible management The GM should be fired.
(After posting this comment I received a very angry phone call from STEVE the gm of the location NOT willing to help but to threaten with a bad review on My job that about as unprofessional as it gets!

My husband, Leroy Adams, found the car he's always wanted thanks to Lilian Chow-Futtner at Safford Brown Honda. Lilian stopped to chat with us when we were out walking, and in talking with her he discovered she had that special color he wanted in stock. He drove that special, brand new Honda Accord home shortly after the test drive. Thank you, Lilian for making the process so easy!

I had taken my Honda to another mechanic because I thought I had a tire issue, and that other mechanic came back with a bunch of problems my car had that just didn't make sense. Tony (I believe that was his name), the service manager, made sure I understood what services I needed and didn't need. It was great to talk to a mechanic that seemed very trustworthy. I plan to take my Honda to Safford Brown the next time I need service!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Zia Abbas at Safford Brown Honda in Arlington when purchasing a Honda Odyssey. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, Zia greeted me warmly and took the time to understand my needs and answer all my questions. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. On a personal level, Zia was friendly, kindhearted and an all-out nice person! The paperwork was seamless and efficient, thanks to Michael Hicks in finance, who was also great to work with. I would 100% recommend Zia, Michael and the Safford Brown dealership to friends and family or anyone else who is considering the purchase of a new or used Honda.
