When you’re ready to spend a thousand dollars on a suit, you expect it to fit well, and you also hope for decent customer service. Instead, I encountered passive aggression when I pointed out that a jacket shouldn’t gather into folds on the back.

Fantastic service and very practical designer menswear. I’ve purchased suits at this location on several occasions and the staff has always been exceptional. On today’s trip, Jacob helped me and was incredibly accommodating and helpful without being overbearing. I have somewhat of an awkward build and he helped me find both an off the rack suit and separates both fit exceptionally well. Efficient, friendly, and well-stocked location. Highly recommended if you’re looking for affordable designer clothing.

I was in the Boss section of Macy’s and found a nice pair of jeans but they didn’t have my size. The sales lady helping me told me to come to this store and check if they had my size. They actually had one pair that was my size and I also found a shirt I liked. The staff at this store are friendly and helpful. I don’t have any complaints about this store or the staff.

The clothes are fine, but the staff member we had was incredibly rude. Came in to return a shirt we purchased ONE DAY before. Had the tags on and everything. As we were returning she proceeds to tell us that "the shirt looks worn" and gives us a dirty look. We tell her we literally bought it the day before and the tags are still on so we did not "wear it" like she's implying. We're only returning it because after we took it home we decided the shirt looked too casual for the wedding. Still gives us an attitude while she's returning the item. I'm not sure why she had to give us such an attitude if she was going to return it anyways? We weren't over the date, it was unworn, and tags were still on. Maybe she just wanted to fight lol

I really liked this location based on the customer service. I was being helped by Marty and he was fantastic, very nice and helpful with helping me understand how hugo suits are cut, getting me the correct sizes and suggesting some great options based off of the things I showed him from the Hugo boss website.

I visit this store often and unfortunately the staff don't look very happy working there. They seem more preoccupied with getting their inventory to the floor than helping customers. Nevertheless, you can find some great deals, you just have to really look.
