I love Bodymass Arlington, especially Emily’s classes! She’s very kind and accommodating if you have an injury or if something is bothering you. I wish she was on the schedule more evenings!

Highly recommend this gym! I HATE working out (hate it lol) but I really enjoyed the class. They took the guess work out and I felt like I was really working my body. I had more energy than usual after the class and I look forward to going now!

Love the workouts and the supportive, inclusive environment. I was so intimidated by the idea of CrossFit, but I’ve been able to proceed at my own pace. I love getting stronger and having less pain!

I haven't been to the gym in 2 months and I got to start my Monday off with the amazing coach Julia which was incredible cuz she is incredible... I have missed the community, the people, the energy, the vibes, my gym family! 1827 is where it's at! I am so glad to be back, What an amazing place!

Heather was fantastic as usual. Workout and the movements were explained and demonstrated really good and understandable. No scaling or different methods were needed for me in today’s class.

I started going here over two years ago, and I have loved it. I have been pushed, supported, and achieved goals. Mariah is the lifeblood of the place, providing the perfect blend of trainer, supporter, and friend. She is a great trainer who supports the whole individual while helping achieve fitness goals.

I highly recommend Bodymass Gym for anyone who's serious about seeing results and enjoys an inclusive and supportive community. The trainers are highly knowledgeable and provide great support and expert advice throughout your workout. I appreciate the small class sizes and spacious environment that makes for a great gym atmosphere. It's going to sound silly, but I appreciate that the music is quiet enough where I can hear the trainers and also hear myself think. I never struggle getting in a class, which is great since I love my routine. Also, they have both "Build" and "Blast" workouts which are the perfect combination of weightlifting and HITT/Functional training style workout. Again, I highly recommend and am so happy I found it!

Bodymass is a one of a kind gym. The classes are so thoughtfully and intentionally designed—focusing on strength training, mobility, AND injury prevention so you get a holistic work out. Trainers are all so insightful and world class. I’m super thankful for the wholesome community and no-ego vibes. There’s something for everyone here!

BodyMass is the perfect gym that I never knew I needed.I’ve always had challenges consistently going to the gym and doing my exercises the right way. In need of expert guidance, I typically found classes to be too impersonal and personal trainers to be too expensive. So my previous attempts to establish a workout routine would eventually fizzle.After discovering the Small Group class membership option at Body Mass, I now consistently go to the gym, receive personalized guidance from experts, and continuously learn new exercises. I feel great and recently upgraded to their unlimited package.Thank you, Body Mass Gym for your great services and convenient location in Arlington Courthouse!!

Bodymass is a terrific gym. The trainers are the best I’ve ever had, which are quite a few over many years of working out in gyms across the area. They truly know their stuff and make sure you are doing things properly and safely, and work on strength and flexibility to maximize mobility and minimize the risk of injury. They work with you to identify your goals and figure out what workouts are best for you — group classes, private training, or semi-private (my favorite). With semi-private training they provide a workout plan tailored to my specific goals, but present it in a group environment that provides support and camaraderie, making the best gym experience for me. They also provide excellent nutrition services, as well as composition and Resting Metabolic Rate testing, which helps to zero-in on a plan to meet all your health and fitness goals. Plus, everyone is fun and supportive. Just the best!!

Bodymass is a neighborhood gem.Small classes, with expert coaches who are friendly and thoughtful. Every workout is fully adaptable and can be scaled up or down to ability.I love that it’s a small business too. Kris and Virginia are caring and compassionate owners, who go the extra mile to cultivate a real sense of community, with events, social activities and more. Plus sometimes they bring their dogs!!
