I've been getting my bikes serviced here for a few years now. Eric & the rest of the team always take great care of me, providing quality service in reasonable time frames. They always work with me to find affordable repair solutions rather than just pushing new bikes or prohibitively-expensive & unnecessary repairs like I've experienced at some other shops in the area.

I rented a road bike from them and it was a great experience. It was really affordable and the staff were helpful. They also had really good inventory. Highly recommend renting or buying from Big Wheel Bikes!

I visited the store on 7/13/2024 with my wife. We were welcomed by the General Manager Mr. Westerman. He helped us to find a bike in my price range and to acquired other accessories for the bike. I bought a Marin bike. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received at the Big Wheel Store in Arlington. We will visit the store again.

Went in to do a little research and the gent I talked to was very helpful, courteous, and immediately had knowledgeable suggestions that actually came from experience and feedback. And they have parking what more do you want?

I am a regular at Big Wheel in Arlington. I always get great and fast service. I also get honest opinions about what I need and don't need. They have often declined to charge me for relatively small tweaks when they could have done so. I highly recommend them.

Great place to go for bike repair. And they are always willing to accommodate walk ins with quick turnaround times. Best part is the Italian store is right next to it so you can pop in for a sub while you wait.
