I called and they assured me they have the part to fix my device. I show up for the appointment and they don't work on Android phones. Worst customer service ever.

My experience going into the store was amazing, first by a nice gentleman greeting me and asking if I need any help. I met with Saadia that helped me with all my problems and I cannot thank her enough. Her customer service is outstanding and she deserves everything she has coming because this is the first time someone has gone above and beyond and to the extreme to help me with my difficult problems I was having. Amazing store, will 100% be back to Saadia, for any problem or question I may have!!!!!!

Be careful if you are going to pick-up items, there is an employee that wants to take advantage of foreign people (like me, I am international student) he watches that the people are not from US and wants to take advantage trying to push you to get for a Best Buy credit card with the excuse like "Oh, you have to put your Social Security Number to release your order"

Mr. Marcus(Manager) and Mrs Saadia was very helpful to me and my Husband.. We walked in confused about our order but when we walked out we were very satisfied. Mr. Marcus shift was coming to an end but he help us without us feeling dismissed… Mrs Saadia went above and beyond by getting the exact help we needed and she was not giving up. Thank you both for going above and beyond☺️

Store would not let me use the bathroom. If stores continue not to cater to customers and foot traffic, might as well shop online.

I see why this place is always empty; When the salespeople arent trying to force a sale out of you, they get rude when you ask them two simple questions (like the short lady who works in the computer section). Also, the Geek Squad will return your stuff more broken than it was originally. Thank you Geek Squad, there's nothing like getting a broken webcam that wasnt broken before.
Folks, do not go here. I believe they pay people to post alot of these 5-star reviews, because some of these reviews look suspicious (but this is just a theory of mine...).

It was completely understaffed, and i was ignored for about twenty minutes. The staff also seemed to have a dysfunctional relationship with each other. I won't be going back to this location.

Customer service at this location was above reproach. I was greeted by Saadia, whom also was able to quickly assist me in purchasing a Dyson V15. I told her I was still shopping and she informed me that she would have the vacuum ready for me if I had any additional purchases. I then was pleasantly impressed by Dany who assisted me in deter mining the best printer for my needs. She was very thorough in explaining the differences and advantages of each product. Once it came time to make the purchase Saadia located me and brought the vacuum to me. Thank you again for all of you help!!!

My all in one refused to boot and they ultimately replaced my SSD. They were friendly and competent. I was able to pick up the following day. The major negative is they do not validate parking. Parking is expensive. ?

This Best Buy was great. Nathan helped me at geeksquad. Fast, friendly service. If you’re looking for a great customer service experience I highly recommend this location.
