My husband and I are looking for place to stay in Arlington. We looked at several properties but this one was by far the best. Amar Seifeldein gave the best and most informative tour. He didn't rush us and answered all of our many questions. Every community should have an Amar on their team.

Gary Jones has been so helpful with me through this whole process. Especially with being a candidate from out of the country, he was patient, professional, and communicated with me well in order to have everything sorted out! Definitely would recommend him

Mr. Gary Jones the best man has been an excellent assistant manager and has provided us with all of our needs we can’t express how much we appreciate all he has done for us and made our lives so much easier. He always has a smile on his face giving us respect making us feel that living a bell Arlington Ridge was the best choice we could’ve ever asked for. I’ve been here for a little over a year and I have honestly had a great experience. Amar, one of the leasing agents has always extremely helpful and always available if needed. Even the maintenance team is amazing and so responsive. The bell team definitely makes it feel like a home.

This company and their team is truly amazing & professional. The amount of professionalism and care that Gary showed when conducting my tour was phenomenal. This was the first tour I went on where the guide knew so much about the property and area. His knowledge, character and the appearance/upkeep of the property put Bell Arlington at the top of my apartment search list. Keep up the great work!

Great community to live at! Friendly management team and the maintenance team is exceptional. Behailu the maintenance manger was always so helpful and whenever we had any issues with our apartment he made sure to resolve it.

Moved in about one month ago and the experience has been so great! The building is so homey and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Rachel from the admin team and Be from maintenance - you guys are amazing! You can tell the admin team really cares about the residents and takes real actions into maintaining a good environment for all. So glad I decided to move in here. I love it here!

Amar and his team were very helpful from our first visit to tour the apartment. He provided us with information and got us into the apartment pretty quick. The staff is very responsive to requests and make themselves available. We enjoy the apartment complex and appreciate them addressing the smoking in the building.

Reviewing to brag about their move in process - I had a unique situation where I was breaking my lease with a roommate in another apartment community in Alexandria to move into a one bedroom in BARA. It was a very dependent situation and there were times when I couldn't give the leasing office a true guarantee. However, they worked with me, demonstrated an abundance of patience, and after some back and forth, I ended up moving in. They were so incredibly helpful and understanding and replied to all of my emails (and there were quite a lot!). Since moving in, maintenance has been great with little issues and the leasing office has continued to be stellar. Really proud to live in a place that cares about their people. Thanks for everything, Amar!!

I love life at Bell Arlington! Our initial tour was fantastic and it felt like home as soon as we walked through the doors. Amar is knowledgeable and always has great energy that is very welcoming. He is super responsive and so friendly ??

I don’t ever leave reviews, but I feel like since I’ve received AMAZING customer service, it’s only right (and I’m not being rewarded or compensated for this review in anyway). I transferred here about 3 months ago from another Bell Partners community in MD (to be closer to work in VA), and let me say that I’m sooo glad I did!Every day that I pull into the garage I feel like I’m at HOME. The community is pretty quiet, the residents are really pleasant, and the building stays clean (THANK YOU B.A.R. STAFF)!I don’t have any “con” to mention about this community, but have a lot of “pros”. That said, I’m specifically leaving at 5-star review because of Amar - who is I believe just got promoted to property manager - but nonetheless, he works in the leasing office. Amar has made my transfer/move-in process seamless and has been extremely helpful since day one. If you’re looking for TOP-TIER customer service, THIS is the place to be - and because of Amar! He is VERY professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, THOROUGH, and THE MOST responsive leasing consultant that I’ve ever met. I think he even responds to emails after work hours, but don’t quote me!! LOLI feel at ease knowing that Amar is apart of the leasing staff… any questions I have, anything that I need (general or maintenance), they have been answered and addressed quickly - and I mean no down time or delay! That’s not to say that I’ve had any issues :) Amar’s customer service and friendliness is impeccable (truly unmatched!) and he has made my move to VA one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. Just take a look at the awards on his desk!!! Stop by to see the community and ask him questions. You’ll see!To me, this location is ideal. I can get to DC within minutes, we are right next to the Alexandria line, and pretty much all of NOVA. I work near Dullas Airport and travel from there often, so with it being within 30 minutes is a huge plus! Reagan National is even closer (10 minutes)!!I can’t wait until it gets warm so that I can explore the area! If you move here, tell Amar that Yolanda sent you, I PROMISE you won’t regret it.P.S. the driver for the metro shuttle (complimentary btw) is so sweet! He waves at me and my puppy every morning on our walk! And lastly, my neighbors across the hall are the sweetest!Hopefully this review helps you decide to make the move!!Yolanda

Amar S has been pleasant to work and communicate with at the Bell’s leasing office. He has helped me renewed my lease and has been extremely timely in getting me my new set of keys when I lost them. He has gone above and beyond in making things easier for a new professional resident with a busy schedule and understands how to handle residents needs and request. He takes the time to listen and kindly helps to address the problem. Everyone one from the cleaning staff (Jose), maintenance personal, and Moga (our old front staff) has been a great addition here. Thank you for all that you do!

I moved into the apartments over a month ago and could not say enough good things. Lisa and Amar have been so helpful in getting things done for me. They work hard to keep everything well maintained and cleaned. Truly a great experience so far!!!

Moga was one of the best leasing agents and tour guides we’ve had! Right when we walked in she was super helpful, patient and a great listener as we discussed our needs for our new home. She showed us around the lovely community and I really liked the big gym area as well as the lounge area. The pool I did find a bit small, but the big outdoor (enclosed) courtyard made up for it.I’m excited to revisit these as my lease comes to an end.

I love absolutely love bell ridge apartments ! The leasing office and staff were very kind, Amazing, and understanding. They made me feel very safe and comfortable while being thereThe complex and apartments are beautiful and cleanThe location is great and the commute to necessaries like grocery stores, school, food shops and etc. is Great !I was also help by a person named Amar, he was very helpful and patient with me, especially when I was questioning everything every 5 secs.So, overall i definitely recommend bell ridge, it’s one of the best apartments I’ve visited, can’t wait to live there.
